5 Star service was provided for me during my visit here to this particular Taco Bell franchise. The cashier/customer service representative, Shawnda who greeted me upon arrival helped me with my order and then not only placed my order but then proceeded to wash her hands put on disposable gloves and a apron and also make my order in a timely fashion. All with a smile on her face. I could tell she did not have much help but that did not influence her attitude and disposition towards me. I left with a smile on my face along with properly made food and a overall delicious experience. As a truck driver if I am ever in that area again. I would definitely return to that same establishment and hope to see that same representative of that franchise. 5 star service and experience!
The man working today was taking all the orders, making them, and severing them out to customers. And he did it all with a smile. That man need a raise! Food was great!
@TacoBell. You have an employee at this location named Will G. If you ever lose him, it will be your biggest loss. I like tacobell, but every location always messes up my order. I travel for work and have been to a store location of yours in almost every state except Hawaii and Alaska. He needs to be promoted to travel the country and train your workers. He made every part of our meal and put his pride into it. The only reason you are getting a good review and my wife and my continued business is solely his doing. Some needs to give this man a raise.
Glad I didnt really take the reviews into account and went anyways. It was somehow cheaper ordering inside than online (which isnt an option). It was the FASTEST wait time Ive ever experienced at any taco bell location. AND my order was correct. The woman taking my order was super sweet and patient. Only thing not working was their bahablast machine which I honestly dont care for but I know it’s important for many.
Give chris a raise. He busted like 5 orders out all on his own, no help. Thats a dope employee.
My husband and I were on our way to New Jersey and we stopped at this Taco Bell to grab a quick bite before heading down to go to a concert and there was only one guy working at the Taco Bell this was November 9 at approximately 530 or so and just one guy was working there and he was so sweet he did a great job and I felt terrible for him because there was a huge line of customers….you need to give this man a raise he was going way above and beyond.
Alex was excellent. He has amazing customer service. We are from Maine and we have not had quality good food in a long time. Very impressed!!
