Love Shane's Rib Shack!! We always get excellent service. It is one of our regular eating spots. We always enjoy our food there. It is consistently delicious. Every visit has been outstanding!!

We went here because we wanted grilled wings as the menu said but we came out with deep fried wings with bbq sauce sprinkled on them. I could have went to a wing restaurant for that. Definitely not worth the money. I have a two star because the sauce was okay.

Wish they'd a customer satisfaction survey on the receipt. I bought the smoked wings what a mess. They were small and dried out. Total waste of my time and money. I can't believe they would serve food like that. I had it to go so I didn't see until I go to my destination. Absolutely not satisfied.

The past 2 times we have gotten food to go and the order wasn't correct. Fries were not fully cooked a little to much oil soggy almost. Hardly any chicken in the salads. We have loved Shane's since they came to town.

Shane’s located near Krogers on N Columbia st has your standard variety barbecue with one glaring exception : No Brisket offering. The Brunswick stew was excellent. We've been here a few times now. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. I like that they have a grilled chicken option for a little healthier choice. Really flavorful.
