We come here most weekends, and it just keeps getting worse and worse each time. To start todays visit, the entrance was full of water. (It was drizzling outside, but not pouring.) Staff is friendly and quick, but the coffee is sour tasting on a regular basis in the afternoon, so I'm guessing not brewed long enough or not enough water. I typically use Crain, but they are closed right now. It's slower there but the coffee is more consistent for a Dunkin than here...
I had to use up a gift card here, so I stopped by. I hate Dunkin though. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building and out into Veterans highway. The coffee is mediocre at vest and the microwaved breakfast foods are edible I guess.
I've never given a bad review before, and I totally get the morning rush, especially with COVID rn, but dang, I also worked a quick passed food service job and both my bagels looked like this. Which is still good, so that's good, but still rather disappointed. Probably won't be coming back to this D
When the dunkin closest to me closed for renovation, I started going to this one on veterans highway. The staff is amazing and so nice, and the drive thru (even tho it ends up lining up on the street) goes super quick!
Everytime we go the coffee taste horrible and the food they either give you it and it's not cooked or they forget it
Favorite Dunkin in the area, never too long of a wait, and everything is always fresh and on point!! Great customer service too!!
Most inconsistent coffee making ever. Small coffee, 2 sugars, 2 cream, can't seem to get it right. Med coffee, 3 sugars, 3 cream...all over the map in outcomes. C'mon. It's not rock science.
