Reviews of Papa Johns Pizza

I honestly used to really like papa John's in millsboro but the quality has gone way down the last few months. pizza is comeing super greasey so much grease the crust won't stay together becuse its so saturated in it. I don't know if there prepareing the crusts and putting sausce on them ahead of time to be prepared but its not working. there is very little cheese on a extra cheese pizza and the chicken poppers have becuse more fat and grizzle then actual chicken. I'd like to leave a better review but the quality of the food would need to improve for this to happen

We were driving home from Florida and we just needed something to eat- it was 10:10 pm and this location was open The girl was RUDE AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL about making a pizza at 10 pm We apologized and asked her what time they closed She had a mean look on her face and said 10:45 She deliberately undercooked the pizza - she didn’t even close the box , slammed it on the counter at us and treated my partner terribly rude and made us feel guilty for being hungry - and actually needing a meal She should NOT be working in this profession What an awful experience she was the MANAGER ON DUTY Saturday April 2 , 2022 welcome to Millsboro

I placed an order online for delivery and after it was confirmed, the address I had entered correctly was changed to some random one outside of the store's delivery radius. Weird website glitch I'm guessing? I was just about to call the store to explain and within like a minute of placing the order I received a call from the manager about the issue. I explained the situation which was easily solvable, however he went on to tell me that the store currently had no drivers in and that they were being forced to use Doordash for every order. He was very honest and apologetic about the issue and let me know that I may be waiting for hours to receive my order. I wanted to write this review because I just really appreciated the service and honestly of the manager and hopefully he is appreciated as an employee! He was extremely helpful and I'm so glad he didn't just fix the address issue and let me ruin my night waiting for a pizza for hours. He was very professional and polite but I could hear the stress in his voice and he seemed to be genuinely doing his best to resolve the store's issues.

After calling 3 different Domino's that wouldn't deliver to our location, I was referred to Papa John's by one of the managers at one of the Domino's. I was told that this manager would NEVER eat Domino's and raved about the sauce and garlic butter that Papa John's have. It was more expensive but it definitely hit the spot. Love the pumpkin shaped pizza for October and the driver was extremely nice and personable. Will definitely order again!

Omg order a pizza an they said it would be delivered within 30 minutes...I called after 1 hour and they said it would be atleast another 15 mintues. I asked why and they said they were busy. The person who answered they phone got upset when I said that would have been nice to know and he hung up on me. I called back and the manager stated that I was rude. I will never call them or use them again. We do pizza at least once a month from Papa Johns Millsboro. Every who answered the phone is very rude dont waste you time call domino's.

When Papa John's first opened I really had some great pizza but the last one made me call the store back because the bottom of the crust was black and the outer crust was also burnt and so hard you could not bite into it! I have ordered at least 12 times from online and their answer to a dry burnt pizza was "sorry." I always tip the drivers well and try to understand when things happen but well done pizza does not mean burnt and unable to eat!
