I give 0 star. Ordered 10 piece original and got home and found spicy pieces which my son could not eat and he got so upset and heart broken. You need to wait for two hours if you want the spicy options in a “fast food” restaurant. It is literally one of the only two options you can get here. I figure there’s definitely something wrong about them. Either their brand positioning or their order management.
Good food, good service. My go to spot for fried chicken. But I really wish they have more supplies for their spicy chicken. It's disappointing how often they are out of spicy chickens as they are my favorite.
