We came here tonight as a big group, around 80 of us from our congregation. You can imagine how much work that would be!!! But these guys did GREAT!!! They were very quick to bring our food and the food was to die for! Especially if you like good American cuisine. I highly recommend not only for a great meal but to support a good restaurant that values our nation and military! We got to speak with the manager, she was just absolutely ever so kind to us. One review I saw on here someone said she was rude to someone, I think this was definitely a misunderstanding! Because she was just way too kind to all of us, we couldn't imagine her being rude. We all talked and agreed this was some of the best service we've ever seen, perhaps the best! Because not every good restaurant could handle such a big group! But it was exceptional tonight! Just excellent all around! We can't wait to come back!
We enjoyed our meal. We started with some fresh, piping hot mozzarella sticks. I ordered the pot roast dinner, and my husband had the lasagna. We both finished with a delicious cherry cobbler.
Lots of onsite parking, generous portion sizes. Their drink menu sounded good, but we don't often partake in libations. The menu is sizable and varied. Everything is a home cooked meal. Both my husband and I were very happy with our dinner selections and want to come back to try a burger when we're in more of a burger mood.
Unique atmosphere that fits the area perfectly. Lots of military paraphernalia that makes for a fun atmosphere. The food was great! I had large fried shrimp that had a wonderful batter, my husband & sister had Rubens they said were delicious, served with a veggie medley and sweet potato fries.
Top notch Service, love the Atmosphere and the Food was beyond exceptional! Don't sleep on this Gem of a restaurant.
WOW!!! Amazing food, service, and atmosphere!!! I highly recommend, especially for big groups. We had a big group tonight with over 60 people. They were so quick and all the food was fresh!!! Jessica was so kind and came to our table to ask us how everything was and briefly shared her story of their restaurant. We're so thankful and glad to have you in town!!! If you're looking to support a good restaurant for the community and get a delicious, mouthwatering meal, THIS is the place!!! Really was such a blessing for all of us!
Seems like a great lil spot for some pretty decent food as well. Service was a bit slow and unorganized, but our server seemed brand new so I don't think it was indicative of the overall operations. But the food was great. Shrimp was huge and battered beautifully and the steak was decent. Pretty tough for a medium rare. Not a steak place for sure. But looking forward to returning and trying out the rest of the menu.
Amazing tasting food. Fresh, crisp lettuce and tomatoes! I ordered the fish sandwich, which was red snapper. It was a beautiful dish with a very good size portion. I had the soup of the day, which was prime rib soup, and it was divine! I had the Caesar salad and it was so fresh! For dessert, I had the peach cobbler... tasted just like my mom's! Others in my party had different burgers that were cooked to perfection. And you know those burger pictures you see at restaurants, but when you get it in front of you, it's usually a squished down version...NOT here! Their burgers, and really everything we ordered, was picture worthy! We also had the pretzel bites with beer cheese, and that too was so awesome! You can't go wrong eating here. The music is great, and the aviation ambiance is nice.
We love coming here! Every time, whatever we order is delicious. — even something as “basic” as the kids chicken tenders and fries, my kids comment how good it tastes and eat till they can’t fit another bite. Their portion sizes are great, too!
On top of the great food and friendly staff, the place is like a museum — SO MUCH from the World Wars to look at as you eat or browse on your way out. My boys love coming to look at all the airplanes and pretend they’re a plane as they walk down the aisle painted as a runway to our table ☺️
Highly recommend!!
The sweet potato fries were very fresh and delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive. Will be back to try more food items.
We had a good experience here. The food was pretty good and it's nicer than expected. Not going to lie, the lasagna was better than expected for it not being an Italian restaurant. I thought the margarita was a little high at almost $16 for the size.
We always look for restaurants that are cool and local on our trips, this place is both of those things. I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich - 3 fried tenders on a buttered bun with fries and a large side of ranch. My husband had the patty melt and Blue Angel chips. The food was excellent and well worth the 3 mile trip off the highway for lunch. Loved all the military memorabilia 🇺🇸
The Hangar is one of our main “go to” local restaurants because we enjoy the food, the staff is beyond awesome and our son loves everything aviation. Last evening he had the honor to meet and talk aviation with two gentlemen who later were brought over to our table were we continued the conversation. Thank you to the great folks at The Hangar for taking him over there and for yet another wonderful dining experience. They don’t just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family.
Veteran owned and it was such a pleasure to meet the owner Jessica.
Staff is impeccable the food outstanding with affordable pricing!
Highly recommend!
I was in town visiting a Motorsports business on a race car tuning trip and decided to check this place out with a friend.
You can tell as soon as you walk into this place that it's really popular with the locals. And for good reason. The menu has something for everyone, the desserts are homemade, and for an American grill they make one hell of a margarita.
Our server was really friendly and attentive and her recommendation was to get the afterburner burger which was absolutely delicious! It was also cooked perfectly to temperature.
The owner also came over to our table to say hello and to let me know that she was the one who made the bread pudding. I took some home as a surprise to my mother who loved it!
I'm not in Milton often but I really did enjoy my experience at this restaurant and can understand why people who live there frequent it. Even if you're just passing through you should definitely stop in.
Great cocktails here and really good pie. The burger was perfect and fresh toppings too. The fries were amazing with the sauce. The lasagna was pretty good but a bit too acidic for my tastes and could use a bit more garlic bread especially for the price. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. The fried green tomatoe sandwich was out of this world good. Plenty of parking here also. Now.. the prices.. are pretty high. I'm not sure what justifies a 16 dollar price tag for an average sized burger with bacon and an onion ring. Just the regular burger was 14 dollars with fries. With a coke that bumps up to 18+ with tax. Pretty insane. There's hardly anything on the menu for under 15. I know inflation is bad right now but wow.. 3 cokes.. 2 sandwiches and a lasagna with tip was 80 dollars. Yikes guys..
My wife and I eat out quite often. We were both happy with the entire eating experience.
The building was neat, clean and well maintained, including the restrooms.
The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The aviation theme provides a local yet world wide military ambiance. As the restaurant establishes itself I wonder what their signature will be. ( ie: McGuires dollar Bill's on ceilings & themed menu with fictitious characters.) I think it needs a signature of some kind. Just a thought... but a very good restaurant.
We both had burgers and we both enjoyed them.
All good here, we will gladly be repeat customers.
