My father in-laws flight was delayed so needed a last minute place to eat to pass time. I wanted to eat close to the airport and my girlfriend suggested Bayview (only 15 min from airport)-luckily she was able to join me. I googled places in Bayview and Santino’s popped up. I wanted to try something new so we gave it a shot. Wow -super cute, quaint place! Really reminded me of New York restaurants - tables close knit and the ambience. Owner was super nice as was the staff. Hidden gem! Pizza was amazing-highly recommend it!
Born and raised in Chicago, I love pizza. Their European Chicken Patata pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. This is a hidden gem in Milwaukee and I will return here for sure.

I want everyone to try out this restaurant. The service is excellent and the staff is upbeat and happy you have come. The food.....well, it’s by far the best Italian food in Milwaukee. The owner makes sure you have a great experience. Bon Appetit!
Not a bad thing to say about my new favorite place!!! Pasta carbonata was so fresh and delicious, great pizza, great calamari, delicious wine!! Cozy comfortable atmosphere, great service!! Thanks for the wonderful dining experience!!
Wonderful service, delicious food, lovely atmosphere. Walking up to the restaurant, we caught an enticing smoky cedar scent emanating from the kitchen, where the pizzas were cooked traditional Italian style. Paisano pizza was a personal favorite �
We also had an opportunity to chat with the owners for a bit who were friendly and gave us a bit of building history. Will definitely be back!

Our server Michelle was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful! We will definitely be back! The “bocce” ball meatball is a must. My husband and I are still talking about how good it is
The place is quaint, friendly with delicious food and over-the-top friendly service… We will be back again soon! Not only am I a foodie but I always appreciate the decor; the main bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and the others were very bad too… A totally different vibe in the back of the restaurant! Great date destination! Everything was delicious from the drinks, the pizza’s, the pasta, the meatball was out of this world and the desserts were good also. Make sure you put it on your list ASAP!
We have been trying to find an authentic Italian restaurant since we moved to Mke 5 years ago. This is the real deal. The meatball is fantastic and the sauce is perfect. It will not disappoint.

I'm a little picky about my Italian food and I have really enjoyed coming here. I love the ambiance and I'm in love with the antipasto. This place reminds me so much of my father and I think he would have enjoyed frequenting Santino's. See you tonight!

Was at Santino's last night with friends for the first time and had a wonderful meal and service. Giant meatball with pasta, eggplant and pizza were all fabulous. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a delicious meal and an entertaining evening last Saturday at Santino’s Little Italy! That, along with the ambiance and welcome from the owners, Greg & Santino, holding the door for us, let me know this is a place I’ll return to soon!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary over the weekend, and had the perfect evening at Santino's! After living in Italy as a young girl, I have been searching for 20 years for pizza like their Margherita. It is a perfect, genuine Napolitano pizza. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and all of the staff are welcoming and genuinely interested in you and your overall experience at their restaurant. We will be back soon!
First time here. The ambience was excellent, as was the food. The staff, from the hostess to the bartender (who also served us our food as we chose to eat at the bar) to the manager, could not have been friendlier. I hope we can stop in again soon!
Excellent food, great service. My new favorite pizza. I had to fight my car to keep it from going to Barnacle Bud's, but it was worth the fight. We'll be back soon, and often.
A little gem tucked away!!! Enter this small quaint place, greeted at the door.
Sat at a table along the wall, greeted by the waitress well versed in the menu. Delivered fine spirits and appetizers and entrees to satisfy all your senses. Portion sizes are enough, neighbor conversations became group sharings. Owners greetings and check ins to make sure everything was tops. Good food,drinks, convo, owners that are front of house male a successful business. Upon exiting thanked my host as well as owners with a hug of gratitude. Never loose the warm family/just like home feeling.....Thanks can't wait to come back!
My grandson and I went there last night. We did not have a reservation and were lucky enough to get the last table! ( It was very busy on a Tuesday night!)We had the bocce ball and the calamari appetizers then we had a pizza that we shared and finished with the Tirmasu ! I’m glad my grandson recommended it as I had never heard of it ! Everyone was welcoming and gracious to both of us. I hope to visit again soon!

From Roland taking my reservation and working with me with my out of town group and Greg being so friendly as always it always makes for a wonderful enjoyable evening. Excellent pizza in a nice ambiance. Had an excellent experience overall. The only thing I would have changed were the plastic cups we got for water, felt out of place and also just don’t like that in general.
The pizza was pretty average I’d say but i did really like their dough! It was a good amount of airy and chewy that brought the whole pizza together. Im also not a dessert person but i also got the tiramisu and oh gosh, it was sooo phenomenal! The flavor profile was speechless, you need to try it. Literally made me go home and make my own tiramisu bc it had me thinking about it all week!

5* pizza. Neapolitan pizza was fantastic. We ordered both styles and honestly they were amazing. I might have to say this is the best pizza in Milwaukee for a number of reasons. The sauce was slightly sweet and a perfect blend of San Marzano tomatoes. The dough was crisp and slightly chewy and cook to near perfection. Toppings easy 5 star.

This pizza was so good that I booked a reservation for today just to eat the pizza again. Even better in person. The orange lemon cake was also incredible. This restaurant is going into my monthly rotations for eating. Thank you!!!!
Santino's is a wonderful addition to the Milwaukee dining scene. The pizzas are excellent and the ambiance fitting. Dark and mysterious, akin to the private clubs that used to line Mulberry Street in NY's Little Italy, Santino's is authentic in the best possible way. Even its location, tucked away on a hidden street in Bay View, adds to Santino's allure. I was sold when they screened a movie by Carlo Ponti with Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni. Now, that's Italian at its finest.
We sat at the bar, and Adrian took great care of us. Cocktails were poured strong and served in nice glassware. Both of our pizzas reminded us of what we ate in Naples, Italy, purportedly the birthplace of pizza. While not cheap, Santino's gives diners their money's worth. That's all anyone could ask. It is a special place, and i'm pleased to live nearby.

We just went to Santino's Little Italy for the first time and we loved it. This place came highly recommended to us from several people as their top authentic Italian restaurant! It did not disappoint and the reviews we read were amazing. We were seated at a cute booth in the front room. Santino went out of his way for us and everyone was very nice and friendly. We started out with the arancini/spinach appetizer which was a specialty and we all liked it - the homemade sauce was delicious. Four of us also shared the roasted garlic pizza which we loved. My husband and I ordered the deluxe pizza and two people ordered pasta carbonara. We shared Tiramisu for dessert - they gave us four spoons and it was the best I have ever had - sometimes Tiramisu is too coffee flavored for me, and this was just perfect. I finished dinner off with some delicious limoncello! It was a great experience and we will definitely go back! Make sure you call for reservations! Thanks for everything Santino! Mille Grazie!

Santino’s is divine. Great spot for a date, for a solo meal at the bar, or for dinner with a small group. Very approachable place and prices. All of the pizzas we have tried in our many visits have been amazing. Pictured is the Paisano Pizza and the Mediterranean Salad. Their lead bartender, Rhea, is the best. She will give you all the needed recommendations. They have a great list of house drinks and happy hour during the week, but you can’t go wrong with a bottle of their house Cabernet. Call ahead to see how busy they are/to put in a reservation just to be safe as it’s often a busy spot due to their limited hours. Thanks for always delivering quality food and service, Santino’s!
If you haven't tried Santino's you should be ashamed of yourself. You are missing out on one of the best pizza's in the Milwaukee area. Don't deny yourself any of the appetizers or salads available as well. This place never disappoints. The location is sort of hidden but worth finding. Outdoor seating is great. This place does everything right. 3 of us shared the calamari, bruschetta, a salad and a pizza. Perfect amount of food. Maybe my favorite thing here is the marinara sauce. Best I've ever had. Everyone has their favorite pizza place and this will be your new one.
Absolutely delicious. This is truly heartfelt Italian cooking. Milwaukee has many Italian restaurants that serve great dishes, but there is only one that is grand enough to add the words “Little Italy”.
Celebrated a birthday at Santinos. The restaurant accommodated us (3 people) even though the sign on the door said reservations only. Had the Antipasto platter for an appetizer and it was outstanding! A couple of different meats, cheeses and olives plus crusty bread on the side. The pizzas two of us had were ok. Another had the shrimp salad and gigante meatball, both were really good. Would definitely go back to try a few other menu items.

Excellent... Place. Staff. Food. Had a pepperoni onion pizza. Prefect crust. Beef pepperoni was excellent. My wife had the Sunday special. Lasagna. The best Lasagna anywhere... This is a must try..

My wife and I shared a pizza and I almost didn't share any of the Pasta Carbonara (add shrimp) but...!
Roasted garlic pizza was great! Margarita pizza was good, I prefer a crisper crust and less sauce, next time I'll prob try a cheese pizza instead. Our waiter was ok, but could have been more attentive. My kids really liked the calamari and my teen loved the 10oz meetballl/pasta.
This review is long overdue. Iv been here many times after trying it a few years ago and never once have I had a bad experience. The service is great and the food is fantastic. The entire staff/owners are always friendly and welcoming. As many restaurants seem to be declining in service and food quality, Satinos has never disappointed expectations. We will continue to come back again and again and look forward to our next visit. I would recommend reservations as they do get busy especially on the weekends
Loved Santino's! We had reservations and we were seated at the bar. The seats at the bar are very comfortable and spaced apart. The food was excellent and so was the staff. Definitely recommend the Tiramisu!
I first experiences Santino's in March. We didn't have a reservation so we were seated at the back bar. It was just three of us and we were quickly greeted by the bartender to get some drinks going. She was polite, informative and efficient. The atmosphere is so nice and lovely. They took a lot of pride in building out their space. During this visit, we ended up getting a bunch of things to share, and we were very satisfied with everything.
I've been back a few times now by myself and have recommended it to a host of friends and family. If you're in the mood for Italian, Santino's is the place to go in Milwaukee! Buon Appetito!
We were a party of six. The appetizers and food was great. Everything our friends picks for us was fabulous and in sync with what the waitress would have picked herself. The owners came out and welcomed us, checked back with us and gave us heartfelt thanks for coming. It was a wonderful evening.
