Excellent remodeling job to open up a previously outdated and separated space. The new design is modern, open concept, and bright, with ample bar space. Great tap and bottled beer selection, with seasonals on tap, always great. I didn't specifically look at the menu but they have quite the bottle selection for cocktails behind the bar. The menu was a belnd of cuisines from many different countries, and should be wide enough to suit all tastes. Most are small to medium sized plates with sharing in mind, and are reasonably priced ($5-15). We had the steamed buns, pork belly and clams, buckwheat crepe, and pork tonkatsu. The steamed buns were excellent and on par with some of the best we've had from a variety of restaurants, though there was a *tad* too much of the spicy aoili, a minor point. The pork belly and clams were well-prepared, the clams were tender and of good quality, the pork belly was done well (not too much of a gel, not tough), and the sauce was rich and just spicy enough to provide a little pop. The pork tonkatsu had a rich broth that really warmed you up, the udon noodles were fresh and a prepared well (just the right amount of chewiness), and the pork cutlet was fried to a golden brown and tender. Wonderful dish. Finally, the buckwheat crepe was quite a different experience, and may be what I consider the "signature" dish on the menu when we went. Filled with deliciously smoky-sweet mushrooms and creamy bone marrow, and topped with a sweet and savory veal sauce, it felt like you were eating a warm christmas fire at a ski lodge. The slightly bitter greens underneath helped cut into the savory bits just enough to balance the dish. Simply delicious, don't miss that one! If you live on the east side, this is a must visit, and an excellent addition to Brady Street.

I came to Easy Tyger with some friends for brunch recently, and had a delightful experience! Their Bloody Mary is made with Thai spices, so it's a little different but super tasty and pairs well with the food. Collectively we ordered the breakfast banh mi, bao benedict, french toast an avocado toast. No complaints!! Everyone's meal was fresh and delicious, a nice alternative to traditional American brunch. Service was awesome. My only regret is that not one of us ordered the Korean pancake - I'll definitely be back to try one!

It was the first time I had a steamed bun and it was delicious!! I should have tried them before but they never looked good. I had the beef brisket steamed bun, and it was an explosion of flavor, spicy and sweet. Loved it!

Loved the food , ambience and the eccentric menu we tried. We went on the first day it opened this year and have since gone back a few more times, lovely experience with the taste and quality of food being presented from different parts of the world. Definitely recommend!!

Steam buns are a must try. Burger was on point and they have great vegetarian dishes too. If you can't find something you love here, you're wrong.

My husband and I eat out quite frequently and this by far is one of the best restaurants on the East side. The service is outstanding, the ambiance is very enjoyable and the food is delicious. Make sure you try their Ramen as I feel it is one of the best in the city.

Every. Damn. Dish. So on point. The pig ear nachos were so unique, definitely a must have. Small plates, large plates, cocktails, and dessert were all fabulous. This is an instant new favorite for us. Well done.

This was by far hands down the BEST meal ever! We tried something from almost every country, and if I had it my way I would have ordered one ( or two ) of everything!!! Dave our waiter was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge about each of the dishes and had great suggestions. We will definitely be coming back to try the other options no doubt!!!

Only been there once so far, but I will definitely be back. Had a party of 7 and we ordered quite a few shareable plates and each had a dinner as well and everything we ordered was just outstanding! My favorites were the tempura shishito peppers, shrimp toast and mushroom ramen. I didn’t taste it but someone at the table had the short ribs and raves about them too. Delicious, quick and efficient service, not too expensive, and a fun atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

First time and really liked it. The atmosphere was cozy and felt perfect for a a ramen date with a friend. Also they had half off bottles of wine? Unexpected deal at like $18 a bottle, but welcome nonetheless. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty fast too. Overall I will definitely be back and would recommend!

I liked this place. I went here with a friend. We ordered the bao buns (pork fat and chicken), and both were amazing, absolutely worth trying. The pork was soft and delicious, and the chicken was moist with a superb crunch. We both ended up trying the beefy boy Ramen. Which was good, nothing amazing but decent. I would come back here for the bao buns and their Thai iced tea. Next time, I'll try a rice bowl. I wish I had taken a picture of the bao buns.

We went for dinner here. The place was not too crowded.the ambience is warm and the staff is cordial. We ordered coconut shrimp tempura, pork dumplings and beef bao for appetizer. All the items were just amazing. The bao was so soft. The dumplings had the exact amount of crispyness. The tempura had amazing flavors. We tried to types of Ramen: Tonkotsu and Shiyu. Both tasted uniquely different flavors. They were also presented beautifully. It was the best ramen I had till date. Loved the place. Absolutely yummy food. Will highly recommend this place.

Best miso on that side of town. Great combos and lots of options for meat and vegetarians. Beefy boy, a favorite with my crowd. I went on a special that was coconut tofu brooth pickled eggs all kinds of goodness. The bao buns are a can't miss especially the chicken dressed with sweet chili, lemon Grass Pickles and slaw. Bar drinks are good but not great. There is a limited selection of beer, and there is nothing on tap. Expect good service as the staff is active and attentive.

Come for the ramen! I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and okonomiyaki fries, which both came out crazy fast. I couldn't get enough of either foods, they were incredible. On the other hand, we were slightly disappointed in the bao buns. The flavor was good, but the price per serving was expensive.

I have never tried Ramen before so I was very concerned about the taste that I like it or not. They give spicy sauce on side so we can make it as spicy as we want. Fries are really good. Nice ambiance and great customer service. I recommend to reserve table if you’re planning to go on weekends otherwise great place.

Walking down Brady for a place to eat, we noticed Easy Tyger. The sign is sort of hidden and we had no idea what kind of food it served, but it looked modern, new and a fun atmosphere, so we checked it out. So glad we did! The main entrees are ramen noodle dishes. My husband and I ordered the Pork belly bao to share as an appetizer, Shayo and the special which was a mushroom, tofu, ramen dish. The Shayo had seaweed in the dish which seemed to be an overpowering flavor, but the mushroom special was delicious! The bao dough gets stuck in your teeth, and the ramen is a messy dish to eat so I would not recommend for a first date, but it was a great double-date place!

Nothing but good things to say about Easy Tyger. Food is delicious, servers are cool, ambiance is great, and you can even sit out on brady street too. Just note the chicken dishes are a little repetitive and taste the same.
