My wife and I celebrated our 31st Anniversary at Meraki. It was our first visit. The staff was wonderful. The food excellent both in presentation and taste. We sat at the chef's counter, and it was great to watch the prep and interact with the staff. Definitely going back.

Went there 12/29 for a date night with the wifey. Started at the beautiful bar with some "snacks" which consisted of house-made cheese nips and pickled vegetables...excellent. Moved from the bar to the dining room sitting in the booth across from the chef's kitchen. I had no idea that the place was an interactive experience - and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and drink, presenting us with many options that were bound to please our taste buds. We opted to try as much as we could - as it had been over 4 months since we had gone out for a date. We started with the Poached Egg which was exceptional - I could see myself eating that for breakfast or dinner anytime. We moved on from that to the Hot Bread which was their spin on a vegetable, cast-iron grilled pizza! YUM! I imagined that a combination of Poached Egg on top of the Hot Bread would be a visit to heaven...in fact it was, as there was a little leftover in the dish which I scooped up with some of the bread. For dinner, we opted to try the Hare and Duck Wings - both were excellent. I would recommend that you get in there soon to try the hare as I was told it was in limited supply and would be off the menu for a few years (apparently they are only hunted semi-annually). We tried several desserts, of which the cheesecake was my favorite. It melted in my mouth like butter and the orange sauce was a perfect compliment. We were offered the opportunity to tour the kitchen and see all of the fun equipment they use at Meraki. It was truly an experience. The staff was excellent - from the GM - Bob, to the Bartender Kevin and our Server Tim. The owners were present, friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great American meal with a modern twist! THANK YOU! We'll definitely be back!

Took my mom here for an early mother's day dinner. It was amazing! Everyone was so kind and attentive. We felt so welcomed. And of course, the food was out of this world! There was combinations that I would never think about putting together. It was wonderful.

When visiting Milwaukee, don't miss Meraki! The environment/decor is comfortable, contemporary and clever. But, best is the food. We were fortunate to dine with a group that embraced trying as much on the menu as we could eat ala family style. Great flavor combinations and the food was seasonal. Five big stars!

We went with friends to Meraki for a birthday celebration! Our waiter started us off with a fabulous glass of champagne. The dinner, cocktails and service was excellent! We chose to start the night with a couple of small pates. The Baked Brie was so good! We loved our dinners of beef short ribs and flat iron steak. We will definitely be back!

I didn't know what to expect, as it was my first time, so I sat down right away at the bar. The bartender greeted me with a big smile and helped me pick a delicious beer. For food, I had the mini fish fry, which was packed with delicious flavor and the pieces of fish melted in my mouth. I look forward to returning as I drive by all the time !

We just had the "Culinary Adventure'. There were a lot of unique dishes that were all perfectly made, and most importantly, were delicious.

Another great chef's tasting meal in the books! Some day we'll learn that we're going to be so full at the end. Courses were expertly paired with beer, wine, and cocktails. So good!

Wow. This might be my new favorite restaurant in MKE. The bar staff is very talented and knowledgeable and will make just about anything you want based on whatever you feel like drinking. Their happy hour with 1/2 priced bar bites cannot be beaten. I highly recommend the artichoke spanikopita (bar bite) and smoked mackerel crostini (regular appetizer). I lived in Japan for a couple years and okonomiyaki was my favorite dish. Finally I found a place in MKE that serves it! And it's delicious!! Thank you, Jessica (manager) for making our experience very memorable. We'll be back soon!

An adventure into dietary delights. Meraki, pronounced [may-rah-kee], is a fantastic adventure into the finer side of dining. With high quality foodstuffs, and excellent wine pairings, Meraki is definitely not one to miss when dining out in Walker's Point. Located a few blocks south of 2nd and National, this tiny restaurant is easy to miss, drive slow, keep your eyes peeled, and once you're inside take your time with your meal. You won't be disappointed that you did.

Higher end restaurant with interesting food choices. I thought the delivery from our server was impressive--she was very knowledgeable on each item and attentive. I had the sturgeon, which I thought was pretty good. Other dishes I tried from my fellow diners were about the same rating. While I respect the creativity, the prices (~$25 per full portioned entree--which some may find small) make it difficult to justify a return unless I felt better about the food. May be worth trying to form your own opinion.

Wonderful service from a charming young man that was very polite and very good at his job. The food absolutely outstanding and I will definitely come back again. We tried the rabbit with a poached egg, the Korean brisket, and the tempura cauliflower with ginger garlic sauce. We also had apple cobbler with cinnamon ice cream and carrot cake with I think it was glazed shredded carrots and candied walnuts for dessert and they were amazing. I had an overall pleasant, cozy, and delicious time. 10/10 would definitely do again.

Went for dinner for 2 on a Saturday night. We didn't have a reservation, but were still seated in a reasonable amount of time. We split an entree and 3 appetizers, which was plenty of food. Everything was delicious and extremely rich. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely go back to try some of the other dishes!

Food was very good, but options are few. This was our first time here so I am not sure how often the menu changes. The server we had was not as attentive and friendly as the woman server helping the couples next to us, but we still had a pretty good dinner. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was a little stark and almost proper for us looking for a casual dinner.

We stopped in for the happy hour specials and were blown away! Spectacular drinks and bar bites. Victor, our server/ bar tender was above awesome. We're looking forward to trying the chefs table for dinner very soon. This place does Walker's point proud!.

Perfect combo of Americanized favorites and authentic Chinese cuisine. The service is stellar. My friend and I had soups: one East Lake Beef and the other vegetable. Very large portions, bright and rich flavors. Spicy dumplings for fun. The menu is going to take a long time to explore, so I'll be back often.

The food was fantastic and each bite was a rush of flavors. Also, the staff were a blast to talk to. I can say that this is one of the best places I've eaten at in a while. My only qualm would be the price, but with it being a tapas restaurant, you can sort of expect that.

I'll be honest, I have yet to eat dinner here. Having said that, their small plates and cocktails are amazing. Super friendly staff and cool interior. This is a great place to grab a happy hour, good deals, with friends or coworkers, take a date or just bring some out of town guests. Whatever you do make sure you get the Cheese Puffs, three orders at least. Trust me.

One of my favorite new high-end restaurants in the city. Fantastic food and excellent service. The table we sat at had a great view of the chef cooking the meals which was really cool. Definitely want to come back soon!

This dining experience was definitely one of the more unique ones I've had locally in Milwaukee. My favorite dish was not on the menu but served during a tasting menu meal we ordered. Pork belly and ice cream. Strange? Nope. Freaking awesome. The braised goat was my fiancée favorite. This resturant is one for the adventurous eater.
