The staff there are fantastic! Ive been wanting to try Char'd for a while, and I decided to hoat my birthday dinner there. I originally started with a reservation of 16 that increased to 25 guests. The staff touched base with me and assured me they could accomodate the numbers. I was really worried about splitting the bill, but the staff worked tirelessly to help make the process as smooth as possible. With a big a party as we had, we did not expect the food to come out all at once, but they kept us apprised of the food status, refilled our drinks and we never felt neglected.
The food was amazing! A lot of guests chose to order the bulgogi, korean gnocchi, and super bowls, all of which were freshly hot and beautifully presented. The kimchi had a nice kick, a burn that built. Looking at their food, you had no doubt as to the quality of produce they used and the care they took in handling it.
As the birthday person, I was presented with a white peach for dessert, and if anything else hasnt convinced you yet to patron this place, this last bit should. It was creamy. It was crunchy. It was savory. It was fresh and bright. It was fruity. It was amazing and then BAM surprise basil! It was luscious!
The food is fantastic. The staff went above anf beyond. I am absolutely coming back!
Char'd was great! The food presentation was excellent and we had great service from our server Hank. Food was surprising, tasty and exciting. I would highly recommend going with a small group and trying numerous menu selections. I will absolutely be back to try more off the menu!
Would absolutely recommend! Ordered the pork and kimchi bowl for lunch. Great flavors all around. The mango & coconut smoothie was fantastic as well. I will return for dinner and will bring reinforcements :)
Thank you Char'd for a fantastic meal , service and deserts.This is a wonderful restaurant and so glad we found it.I highly recommend the black bean noodles and the kimchi poutaine.

The food truly was incredible! All the flavors and textures were divine.
We had the cucumber salad, the dumplings and filet. All were amazing! Not to mention the craft cocktails...this place is the perfect date night experience and I would recommend to anyone.
Hank is a wonderful guy and Patrick, our bartender, was fun to talk with and clearly very experienced. Also, Lee, the pastry chef, came to chat with us after we enjoyed our dessert. We will be back soon for sure!
Really loved the food and service. Korean Paella and Seafood Pancake were standouts, as were the home made pickles and kimchi. Will definitely be back!
Good food and smoothies drink
The food here was really good but nothing crazy special. The dumplings where my favorite, very delicious. Even better with the Crème fraîche dip. The service how was excellent, top notch. Our bartender was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The cocktails were, as such, fantastic. Overall very much worth a visit.
Tried Char'd for the first time with a group of friends after making reservations and man, it did not disappoint! Even the vegetables were to die for. They're a bit pricier than some other local Korean places but the atmosphere and creative touches with the dishes will more than make up for it. Don't forget to try a croiffle (croissant waffle) for dessert!
Absolutely loved the food. It’s my first time trying Korean food and wow oh wow. So many flavors, you’ll feel great. Big thank you to the chefs, it was amazing. Also GET THE DESSERT! (Thank me later ;) )
Love the decor inside, not too busy for Friday night at 630pm. Group of 5 literally tried all 8 appetizers not a single one disappointed us. Everything was seasoned amazing and not a single dish tasted the same. The dumplings had a little spice, the pancake was good, small area was soggy but really great textures presented. The seasoning on the fries, fire! Edamame was seasoned well, we tried the lemon seasoning. The cauliflower was a little kick but to much, it comes toward the end of the bite. The shrimp and wings were really good too. We were not fans of the kimchi, just not for our tastebuds but literally we did not have a bad bite. Waiter was great and very attentive, drinks were descent, sangria pictures and lemonade as well. Would come back and literally eat the same as what we ordered, you won’t be disappointed ALSO you have to get the dessert, the waffle is sooo good and the ice cream… solid!
No one ever screams about Char'd for some reason. But the food, atmosphere and service is beyond legit and will have you feeling like you're socializing in the Itaewon district while you're actually in Milwaukee. I'd like to give a huge shout out to the bartender, Deion, who entertained my party while also putting on a great boombap playlist keeping the bar section most fun. I am now fat.
I have to say hands down one of the best Korean restaurant 🫶🏻. Enjoyed every single bites of the food. It’s a cute date spot for couples as well as friends gatherings. The vibe is chill and cozy, plus the staffs are also very friendly. Can’t wait to try their scallions pancakes next time !!!
Went for dinner around 5pm on a Thursday. Only one other table (of 6) was there. Service was excellent. Food came out in a timely manner. Had the dumpling, pork bulgogi and stir fry glass noodles (japchae basically). Dumplings had a weird sauce on them that didn't hit it off for me. Pork bulgogi was very good. The noodles where decent but a bit to much soy sauce. Prices are fair for the area. Building is really nice.
Second time here and this place was amazing! We ordered the kfc wings and dumplings (not pictured) for appetizers and the pork bulgogi and beef bibimbap. Food was delicious and hot. Despite being busy, our waitress was attentive and friendly. My only issue is that the restrooms didn't look like they have been cleaned or attended to in a long time and some of the glassware was chipped.
I came in craving Korean food and left with a to go bag.
Reserving was easy, walk ins were fine but it was my first time. We were greeted by bar staff who were very nice. Host and Server was really pleasant. Atmosphere was very lovely, stylish and lighting felt like home. Food was sizzling hot and I can't wait to make another reservation back.
Had a nice dinner here- the cauliflower starter was our favorite thing we tried. Would like to come back to try some other things
Ever since being baptized by Korean drama and watching all the different korean foods that are popular, I had wanted to try them myself.
Although limited options but Char'd is awesome and I was able to taste some of the authentic Korean food and wine that i had wanted to taste for so long. Thanks Char'd. I will visit again.

First of all, for the quality and portion.. So underpriced.
I brought my family from Korea and they really loved it to a point that they said they would recommend it.
The drinks were so fancy yet so well crafted.
Chef Mike is like such amazing cook, every food was on point and we were so sad that some of us couldn't finish the food.
The servers are so attentive and nice too. I'm definitely bringing all my friend here.

Great dining and even greater service! This truly is some of the best Korean food I have had in a very long time. The owner is an outstanding gentleman and runs an excellent restaurant. I’ll definitely be visiting here ALLOT!!! I had the spicy squid and and beef and it was a wonderful and filling portion!
First time going on Monday and it was AMAZING! Inside was very clean and great atmosphere. We didn’t have a reservation but not a lot of people and they said it was fine . Got seated and had a very nice waitress. Our app. Was the dumplings. Very good . Our dinner was great! They give a good portion of rice and fresh Romain lettuce if you want to make lettuce wraps with your food ! Which I thought was a great.
I was even impressed with silverware options even chopsticks that weren’t wood ones . Tried their galaxy lemonade recommended by the waitress we had . So freaking good! We Left full and happy.
Me and my boyfriend are already making plans on when to come again.

The food was delicious! We started with the dumplings, and I wanted seconds they were so good! For dinner, we had a couple of beef dishes, the pork belly, and the glass noodles. Wrap it all up on a lettuce wrap and enjoy! Our drinks were delicious, too! I'm not a gin person, but the Plum Collins was so tasty and no Christmas tree flavor at all! Our server was great, too! I'm pickky as a former server, and I was impressed. Perfect timing, attentive, knowledgeable! We'll be back.
Great Korean fusion place. We wanted to take out our aunt to celebrate being cancer free and she wanted Korean food. Chard definitely delivered!
All the dishes and drinks we ordered we great!
