This was our second time going to Harry’s on Brady – and both times have been great experiences. It was easy to make a reservation through Open Table. Friendly service, delicious food, good drinks. The fish fry is excellent and comes in a generous portion; definitely a good value. This time, we did the fish fry for two adding in a Miller Lite per person at no extra cost. Their waffle fries are fantastic. A good atmosphere and a pleasant, welcoming space.
Absolutely loved this place!! Great server, great food, and location. Food and drinks were fantastic!! Atmosphere is relaxed and casual.
Love this location. This one has a more relaxed atmosphere versus the Oakland location. Food and drinks are always amazing
Came at a slow time on Thursday night. Decent service. Moderate wait time for meal prep. The beer on tap was fresh and effervescent. We got the Thursday night burger special. It was absolutely amazing! A gourmet burger for under $8! Yes! Always say yes! The quality was amazing. The meat was hefty and the flavor superb. Would recommend the burgers. Music choice was very mainstream, so if that's you're thing...
Absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had. Loved the clean, perfectly lit atmosphere. Very friendly service. My wife and I both had burgers, but we both can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. We are from Chicago area and felt very welcome and think we'll have a hard time finding a satisfying burger until we get back.
Love this place and the Beet Salad, my husband and I go there every chance we get. We also highly recommend it.
Good spot! A younger extension of the original Harry's on Oakland. Heard some live music. King Solomon never disappoints.
Harry's was a great place to visit for a family lunch. We had a terrific server with a mega-watt smile, a bubbly personality, and a here to help but not to be pushy demeanor. On paper, the food was the typical pub fare - burgers, sandwiches, salads. But, when they were served they not only looked good and were generous portions, they also came in a very timely manner, their taste was spot on delicious, and all the meals were reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit again.
Went here on a whim Wednesday night. While we were not too hungry, we grabbed a late dinner with some drinks. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, probably one of the best we've had wait on us for some time. Food came and was delicious (Thai chicken tacos as an appetizer with KILLER peanut sauce, Porter Slider and Cobb Salad for entrees), drinks were nice, cold, and crisp. Being the middle of the week it was not very crowded, which was a relief after a busy day. Very positive experience with high compliments to the chef and waitstaff.
We really liked this restaurant. They offer a nice selection of appetizers...we tried the " Cajun Firecracker+- Spring Rolls...6 rolls stuffed nicely with chicken/shrimp and served with a delicious sauce, a perfect for 3 people.
The cocktails were well mixed and they offer a variety of beers. We all ordered burgers - so flavorful, served with waffle fries or side salad, The servings were large and we all ended up taking 1/2 home for a late night snack. They have a nice menu with a variety from appetizers to entrees.
The location is on busy Brady St.....we were able to sit outside and were lucky to find parking near. I will definitely return !
I give 3.5 but can't do halves so generous round up.
Atmosphere is nice and our server was pretty solid. 1.5 star lost due to food quality. We got the beet salad, truffle burger, and the Thai chili tacos. Here's the thing, kitchen forgot dressing existed and apparently are not familiar with what "Thai chili" is supposed to taste like. The truffle burger was good, so there's that. We asked for dressing and once added really elevated the salad. Amazing. When we asked for more Thai chili sauce, we were given this super bland peanut spread type stuff. Anyway, bring your own dressing and seasonings then you got a great place!
Harry's is the hippest restaurant on the hippest Street, Brady Street, in Milwaukee. Located on the jumping East Side, Harry's converted an iconic location, the local hardware store to a Bar and Restaurant.
It boasts great sidewalk seating where you can do plenty of people watching, big windows that open to the sidewalk, a great mid-priced menu, a great weekday Happy Hour with small plate items and drinks priced to get your undivided attention and everything is excellent.
You'll be served by an excellent wait staff and, last but not least, they make all sorts of excellent blended alcoholic drinks.
You'll love it. Give it a try.
The BEST Waffle fries I have ever had! Fish try is to die for. $7.11 burgers during the week! The best restaurant on Brady street and has a great vibe, never too loud or crowded. Seriously if you haven't been here, you need to go!
Great atmosphere! This is the perfect spot if you enjoy burgers and a good drink. Harry’s has some of the most uniquely hand crafted drinks and burger combinations in town. Be sure to ask about the burger of the month! The large TVs and cozy booths make it comfortable for you to watch your favorite sports event.
Tonight I ordered the truffle mushroom ravioli . I wanted to leave a review with a photo, but the shutter was too slow. After eating my first bite, I immediately wished they have bigger portions to those of us who truly enjoy a good meal. I'm currently in a position that's best represented by Garfield after a pan of lasagna so I retract my initial statement about the portion sizes. The meal was brilliant and I'll be sleeping with a smile on my face in 5....4....3.....
The food is excellent. I haven't had anything here that I didn't like.
The burgers, wings, and flatbread are their best dishes. They have a good selection of fresh beer....great happy hour specials from 4-6P... and other weekly specials.
Ftiendly hostesses, bartenders, and waitstaff. The ambience is warm and welcoming. It's a must try.
