On Wednesday, 11/22/2017, I went to the Foltz Family Market located inside the Milwaukee Public Market to purchase our turkey for Thanksgiving. Everything about the experience was top notch. The price of the turkey was excellent, the service was fast and friendly, and the quality of the bird was among the best I've ever had. Thank you, Foltz, for helping make this Thanksgiving fantastic. I cannot recommend Foltz highly enough. Thank you for everything.
If you're looking for incredibly fresh and flavorful Bratz, with an over the top friendly environment with people that genuinely care that you enjoy your experience... This is the place. If I lived in Milwaukee, I'd be a regular at this spot... Really really good!!
Best meats in all of the land. The butchers take pride in their work and always have great recommendations for my cookouts. I would recommend them to all of my carnivores friends :)

I’m in Milwaukee for work from Georgia. I wanted some good pizza so I went downstairs and I asked the guy at the front desk. Where can I find a good pizza.? he said walk across the street go inside of the Milwaukee Public market and look for a place called Foltz. So I did just that I had the Philly pizza and when I tell you, it was amazing it was amazing.

Foltz Family Market never disappoints. They have the best burgers and their chicken pesto sandwich never fails. We love going to the Milwaukee Public Market, but this is always our go to, even when trying somewhere new. Their food is fresh and is packed with a lot of flavor.
I get the burgers and the paninis. So good. Very friendly service. Cook to order, but not too long of a wait.

Best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had, the Milwaukee Public Market is a bit overwhelming but glad I found this spot.
Delightful little quiet spot amid the bustle of the Public Market. The wood paneling and tin ceiling give it the flavor of it. Milwaukee neighborhood bar. The food and service are both excellent. The amazing truffle fries are not to be missed, but everything is great.

The bar is fenomenal! The bartender is super honest and sincere! We had 2 sausage, but the best was the Habanero Peach!! If you like it hot, this is THE BEST! You can tase the habanero fresh and it’s clearly the Mexican one (the hottest), it’s a beauty! Loved it by far. They also normally carry a Cask Beer (which is very rare)!
Fantastic burger, dipping sauces for fries, soups and cold beer. Shay/Shea was an excellent server/bartender. I will def be coming back when I'm in town!
Foltz has fresh produce, meats, and pre-made dishes at reasonable prices. Located inside the public market, it’s busy, but well worth the hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Amazing stop for lunch in downtown. Great taste that fills you up and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside. The employees work like a real, dysfunctional family, bringing in that feeling of a delicious casserole made by your aunt on thanksgiving. Or grab a brat off the grill and relax with a beer at the bar like it’s the middle of summer. Can I get a witness?!?
Yes, they are still the Greatest Hamburgers in the Midwest. Prove me wrong. Consistently great, I could eat here every day. Honestly, everything is good, but if you haven't ever had one, try a cheeseburger.
Update: I've been told that they may not be the best hamburgers in the Midwest, but I still haven't had anyone prove it to me. The few people that have pointed out other places, I've tried and I'm sorry but, Foltz's is still the best hamburger in the Midwest.
The odd thing is, almost everyone knows of Foltz for other things, not the hamburgers, which is fine. That just means the other food must be fantastic, because the hamburgers are awesome. I wouldn't know.

Best burgers anywhere at Foltz! My sons will come from North Carolina to visit and they have already stated, the visit is not complete without a trip to Foltz. Awesome staff! You really can't ask for a better place!
First time here while at the Milwaukee Public Market. The chicken pesto panini was great! Good combination of flavors and service was pretty fast for being on the tail end of the lunch rush and still pretty busy.
Enjoyed the bacon pepper jack burger!!! Cannot say in words how flavorful my burger was-tasted the seasoned well done sirloin, the pepper jack cheese, and delightful pretzel bun. Oh, they didn’t mention the sirracha condiment option. Will definitely go back. One of my favorite places at the public market.
Food was amazing. Staff is great. I'll be back FOR SURE!!!
