Hidden gem! Delicious carne asada burrito and tacos. Small quaint restaurant that is usually very busy. Bistec a la mexicana was delicious and the Burrito Jalisco was super tasty. Great variety of salsas ranging from medium hot to super spicy. There's something for everyone! Parking can be a bit of a challenge since this is a busy street.

Carne en su jugo. The best mexican soup I've had. Steak with beans. Fresh avocado, cilantro, radish, raw onions and chili peppers. My favorite.

I've been to plenty of other states and had a lot of tacos. I've also been in kitchens for a long time, so I'm familiar with the ingredients. I was so happy to move back to Milwaukee just so I can get these tacos more often. And the giant cup of horchata? Yum.

Humble spot with low prices for quality authentic Mexican food and excellent service. Yesterday my family and I were looking for somewhere to eat after going to Chili's and them telling us that they didn't have any sitting arrangement that would work for us because it was 5 of us and a baby due to "them only having the high tables and that wouldn't be comfortable for us". We arrived at Taqueria Aranda and were quickly seated with no problem, in less than 5 minutes we had drinks, chips and salsa on our table and placing our orders for dinner. When the dinner was served my newborn baby began to cry and all my family had started to eat but I had to tend to him. Shortly after, Erica kindly offered to hold him so that my food didn't get cold and I can enjoy my dinner. I am so grateful, that was the sweetest gesture ever! Their are still good people in this world. We left full, happy, and very thankful. 👍👍

Buena Gente and great authentic Mexican food. Easily one of the best spots for delicious and cheap tacos. I also love being able to use my Spanish since most of the workers there primarily speak Spanish.

Super good! It’s authentic Mexican food for a really good price. Me and my bf always go and get dinners and we always pay $30 or less. It’s super good and I would def recommend the carne en su jugo 🔥❤️

Arandas was absolutely the most perfect answer to all of our questions last night!! We had 9pm Reservations at another loc (scathing review to follow) and when we arrived at 855pm they turned us away saying they close at 930 when 10pm is listed!!! So, we tried another place which was actually closed, open only for take out. This is 5 cars driving around searching for supper!!!
Anyway, Arandas was amazing!! Tables were aranged and 11 of us were seated within 2 minutes of walking in. We had menus and drinks, chips and salsa in just a couple more... all with smiles and kindness!!! From the time we ordered our food to the time we were leaving was 19 minutes! Arandas fully understood the mission and came through like true Champs. The juxstaposition between the two restaurants could not have been further. Fast, happy, efficient service at 10pm!!!
And The Food!!!! Oh my gosh, it was so Delicious everyone was absolutely thrilled with their plates. The tacos were perfect, my chille rellenos were out of this world, sheer perfection... and im from El Paso, Texas! Ive had chiles rellenos in Mexico City, Chihuahua and Acapulco!! These were heavenly and i cannot wait to get into my leftovers!

I have gotten food here at least 4 or 5 times in the past few months. Consistently great food. Tacos are fresh and generously filled with tender and flavorful meat of your choice. Salsas are homemade and the creamy green one is to DIE for. Chilaquiles are hearty and delicious. Great service, fantastic food. My new favorite place for weekend tacos in Milwaukee hands down.

Listen here white people. If you want the best tacos in the Milwaukee area, you have to check this place out. Their tacos Al Pastor are to die for. As you take a bite out of the warm delicious taco you will say “HOLY GUACAMOLE, I SHOULD’VE ORDERED 3 MORE”. The staff has always been very nice and I have never experienced a bad wait time. Now I know what you were thinking, what about the chips? Let me tell you, these chips are crispy, these chips are seasoned properly, these chips will make you feel like you are sitting in Acapulco enjoying your own little slice of Mexico. I strongly recommend you pair these chips up with their guacamole. Stop going to Taco Bell and get yourself a real taco! Come check them out!

Go here once a month, solid and consistentService as complained by other reviewers is adequate for this placeQuick to take order, food always comes out fast. Slow generally to pick up plates and you have to pay at cashier, not a big deal. Portions are fine and very inexpensive considering what you get for your money

Horrible Service.. If you pay with a card it will take minutes to pass through. They don't pay attention to when your order is ready. I saw when they finished my order and bagged it up, I didn't say anything because I didn't know if it was mine. They ended up taking 15 more minutes to realize that was my order. They have good food, but the workers are so careless and do not meet the requirements that could make this establishment great.

Bad customer service!!!!!and almost no rice or beans!. The food is as good as the one at 13st, but when I order here on 15st they always give you attitude when ordering on the phone! And make faces and role there eyes when you pick up and leave, even after you try so hard to brush it off and be nice!! Smh they also give you half the rice and beans!.. I will rather drive to the other location any day!!

The best Mexican Food Ever. This hidden gem is definitely worth trying. Their carne asada is to die for. I recommend the steak tacos which come on 2 steamy corn tortillas with plenty of meat, onion, and cilantro. They are small so order a combination plate or a few a la carte. When you sit down the waitress comes over with warm tortilla chips, a dish of spicy salsa, and 2 bottles of sauce. The red is a bit mole heavy for my taste and the green is savory- my favorite. No alcohol is served but they have cans of soda, jarritos, coca-cola in the bottle, and the best horchata in the city. The gorditas are very tasty and big. They know what they are doing with chorizo also. I recommend the juevos y chorizo or the chorizo tostada. If you're really hungry order their jalisco burrito- it's the size of a volkswagen. Whatever you order, you and a guest will walk out of there for right around $20-including drinks. I take everyone here and they just rave about it. I've even taken one of my world traveler friend's and he said "I didn't even have mexican food this good IN Mexico!" So, do yourself a favor and eat at this underrated culinary hole-in-the-wall.
