True neighborhood bar. Was in at 1pm on a Thursday and had 2 rounds bought for me by fellow patrons. But for God's sake, do not drink draft beers. Not a bad place for a third shift morning bar. Nurses, firemen, cops, EMT'S , factory guys, concrete, electricians, carpenters, retirees etc. A real nice mix of people. Especially the topless 20 somethings. Just kidding. Food was good especially for the morning free stuff. Couldn't beat the price
Ordered on a Friday round eleven thinking I was wasting time being so late but the bartender happened to be a sweetheart and took the time to give me a couple options anyway...thx hun food was ready as I was told was also a great hot cheeseburger wedges it hit the spot. This place is one of those wonderful, quiet, hole in the wall dive bars. The regulars are always friendly. I enjoy going to this bar. Food is ok. Drinks are pretty cheap. I keep going back.
Swigs is like a box of chocolates. You never know what yer gonna get. All I know that it's a mish mosh of truly loving people.
