ofc their food is amazing, but i wanted to write this review because the staff there literally always goes above and beyond!! they’re the kindest people ever, i always leave with a smile on my face because they’re just so sweet. give this staff at this location a raise asap
Ran out of bread (supposedly) at 130 on a Saturday afternoon. Bizarre experience, rude staff. Would recommend a different location or Cousin's Subs up the street.

I had a horrible experience at the Holt Ave. location and the KK location totally made up for it! I contacted Jimmy Johns after my bad experience and not only did they call to discuss the problem but they sent me a gift card. I ordered at the Holt Ave. location at 6:13 and at 6:24 they were knocking
It's a go to place when I am looking for a quick lunch. They recently gave out $1.00 subs on their anniversary as a way to say thank you to their customers. The line for this event was nearly 50 deep when I arrived and my friends and I were still taken care of within 15 minutes:)
