I absolutely love this pizza hut location, and I order from here at least 3 times a month. Everyone is friendly, the food is great, and almost always as I order. The few time my order was messed up they compensated me for the mess ups, and they were never rude about it. I notice that most of the problems listed below are with delivery. They only have 1-2 delivery men from what I've seen, but I always order online and pickup my order.

I love this Pizza Hut- every time if the slightest thing is wrong- I call- I love that they handle me with care - just like my orders- Thank you TERRELL- you were very pleasant to me and handle my call with care & the young lady that took my message- I’m a hard person to please but I do compliment and give credit we’re it’s due- you guys are my main place to eat at - keep up the good work. I originally gave them a 5 star. But it's down to a one. The last two experiences that I've had. Smdh. I had to stop ordering for about a month. But now I'm completely going to stop, I ordered and they didn't even have the audacity to cut my pizzaS. Yes, all three. It was just horrible to feed kid by breaking pizza with my hands, and I never get cheese or crush peppers. Even at HOME RUN INN, they have they give with there pizza, I shouldn't have to ask. But I'm thinking the young lady , I have a few choice names for her, but she's arguing with me because I didn't know how to ask for my pizza that they owed me from TERRELL. AND she stated that no one else would take my order. Like really. But my dad told me, never let a person fix ur food if you had an argument with. Good rittens pizza hut, loose the fat( young lady),or my business.

Terill was vary helpful and vary grate over here doing her best with out anyone helping or showing up y'all need to give terill more pay if there here by there self while getting customers in and out.
