Placed my carryout order online and upon arrival, I was greeted by Liz as I came through the door. She got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. She took an order over the phone but communicated with me and also apologized for taking a call. Ash came over to assist and was quite pleasant. On my way out the door a delivery person (Vegas) held the door and offered to help me to my vehicle because of the size of my order and the weather! 👍🏾👍🏾 Absolutely wonderful service! Those 3 were awesome!

today's delivery tops every delivery I've ever had from anywhere. The young lady (the driver) didn't realize it until after she left the store that she didn't have the beverage ordered with the rest of my food. However without even having to ask, and without coming to my place with an apology, she went back with no problems or complaints just to get my beverage. I definitely applaud her for doing so without being told she had to and what took the cake for me was her smile and laughter about the whole situation. Great customer service!....

New to the city and was skeptical about ordering, but I took a chance. About 2 weeks ago ordered wings, cheesy bread, 2 2-liters, a medium x-cheese, medium pepperoni and a small chicken cheese pizzas. They were hot, fresh and amazing. Today, ordered a medium x-cheese pizza with a 2-liter and the food was hot and delicious. All good via delivery, which were all delivered under 30 mins.

Busy as usual , I think they were short staffed. Unfortunately customers weren't very understanding. Because of the negative atmosphere from the customers, I will be ordering online and only come in to pick-up.

I placed an order at 12:45 for delivery. At 2:00pm i called the store to find out why we still had not recived our pizza but there tracker claimed itwas delivered. The girl who answered states the driver had forgotten a salad for another customer and had to deliver that before my order.... that shit makes no sense. Crefit the customer you already commited a mistake to. I questioned why the would allow my pizza to get cold over a mistake already commited. Why not have someone else deliver the salads so this driver can continue his route. She said my pizza was in a hot bag....
I asked to speak to a manager and she never got on the phone. 5 minutes waiting on nothing. My pizza arrived at 2:37pm. COLD as ever. Had to reheat up in the over because everythin was cold. Called to complaint and out of anger ask for a manager. They lady says i am the manager how can I help you. I tell her i called to thank her for my cold delivered pizza. Her response instead of apologizing or trying to correct the issues was " your welcome, anytime"
Well Mrs. Elizabeth i think you forgot how much power ur customers have. I have contacted corporate. And i will make sure to put this complaint in every single website that reviews your location. I wonder. How does it feel to fail so greatly at your position?

This store is horrible! This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I should've learned my lesson the 1st time. The 1st time they got my order wrong and it took over an hour to be delivered. The driver also called with an attitude because he couldn't find the address. Today, I ordered at 10:54 p.m.. At 11:50, I starting calling the store up until 12:18 a.m.. No answer. I was put on hold (automated mesaage) all 3 times I called. I ended up calling my bank and having them stop payment. Went in-store one time and the employees were all playing around and 2 of them were arguing about whose turn it was to mop in front of customers. Never again.
