The service at this location is always great. They actually were hair nets, and I even saw a beard net. It is a clean place and everything is cooked to order. Burger, fries, hot dogs, and milk shakes are great. Our families choice for fast food.
The bacon cheeseburger was good. Fresh tasting, however the fries tonight were not. Most times the fries are great. Tonight they were over cooked and had a slight burnt old oil taste to them. They were very dark in color. Little disappointed, but will return as most of the time they are great. Friendly staff all the time. Very very busy tonight.
For the first time in years there was a mistake with my order and they completely remade both burgers for me and even comped my fries! This place really is one of a kind. Bacon burger is a must for sure
Ukiah was very helpful and patcient with me as I gave my complicated order. The cooks in the back helped to keep things moving forward so food came out pleasingly fast and well done. The thing that always stands out to me at this particular Five Guys is the communication they use. You can tell they are a true team working to get great food to their customers.

The food is delicious! The employee’s seemed a little stressed out, maybe understaffed, but they were doing their best. Oh I also had the milkshake for the first time peanutbutter and oreo cookies!!!!!!! I'll deffanatly be back
Actually, I'd go 4.5 stars on the food if I could. The fries were too salty for me, but the burger was delicious. As usual, you get way more fries than you expect - good to share an order with a friend. I need to remember to order the smallest size
Some day, I'll have to try one of the dogs (all beef or bacon) from the menu, but it's hard to pass up a burger from here. The atmosphere is just "fast food", but the peanuts in the shell are nice while waiting for your order, and it's interesting to see where the potatoes for the fries were grown.
I'm still confused about tipping at this place, as I'm not sure if employees are paid a living wage or the lame restaurant worker minimums that the restaurant industry has shamelessly lobbied our politicians to allow. In any case, you get the usual percentage choices when paying, at least digitally.
Incredibly clean and impeccable customer service. Food was great too but those two things are what puts a spot above others
I didn't realize that Five Guys uses peanut oil for everything (my bad), but learned that at the register. I didn't want to chance it with a peanut allergy, so thanked them and went to leave when the guy offered a free shake for the disappointment. I thought that was incredibly kind and gracious service! If you don't have a peanut allergy, this is the type of service and kindness that should be rewarded!
Really good food. The shakes are a must have, and the fries are awesome. The only downside is the prices are crazy! And they are raising the prices even more because of minimum wage raise. It's good for a once and a while milkshake and burger

I've been to many Five Guys but never before has the staff been kinder, warmer, or given me more fries. The staff I encountered here really brightened my day and the food was delicious.

Simple menu, real FOOD. I love the stacks of potatoes in the dining area, storage for later use to make French fries(?), and the FREE roasted peanuts on offer to munch while your food is prepared.
The fries🍟are carefully watched in the fryer by a human, not a timer, and are so yummy! Just like you'd make at home - without the nastiness of frying smell lingering in your house for a week...😏 This does,however, mean that the cooking is a (tiny) bit more more art than science, but that little bit of occasional non-uniformity makes these fries all the more like homemade. The portion sizes are GENEROUS.
The burgers are yummy too! The best thing is the meat quality, and the assortment of condiments and customization is limited only by your imagination.🍔
The milkshakes. OH MY GOOOOODNESS. I would consume then every day, several probably, if they were zero-calorie. Sadly, that is the one thing that keeps them from being 100% perfect. 🤩

I mostly buy fries and a milkshake as an afternoon snack, only occasionally having a full meal. Probably because I'm too full for a burger after that! 🤭
Everything was fabulous except the fries were a little cold but we had people waiting at home, When I do sit down there much better experience with the fries. The shakes are always stellar
Food is always solid. Staff are REALLY friendly and attentive. Cost is reasonable and hope you like fries when you order them because you get ALOT.
The food is constantly good, but the service and atmosphere really depends on the location and who's on staff.
My husband was in the oak Grove location late one night and got mean mugged by one of staff and harassed by a homeless woman who ended up giving his food to because she was balling and a group of "teens" decided to mean to her.
