Friendly and very welcoming! Great food and the lady I assume to be the owner very friendly her loud greetings and partings make you feel like you are appreciated!! One more thing the rice and beans made me long for my childhood...I felt a tad nostalgic eating the food!!! Thanks for the great food keep it up! My only gripe is you should give tortillas with the rice and beans!!
Great place, great food and really great people. I highly recommend Cha Cha Cha!
Best steak fajita burritos ever! Everything is so good. It's well made and the employees are amazing!
Thanks for the awesome food and service!
Great family owned restaurant! Try the Cha taco for a unique flavor profile.
Cinco de Mayo! So fun to have live Salsa/Latin music and a small outdoor covered area to dance. All ages having fun, from littles to Nana's. Lots of people, but ordering was easy and the food delivery quickly, hot and delicious! Family friendly, easy parking, great food!
Cha Cha Cha is a great spot in Milwaukie for both food and atmosphere. A friendly staff provide great service.
Thank you for supporting our school St John the Baptist Milwaukie!!!! Our food was delicious!!!
First and foremost the food is amazing!! But most importantly, I've never met a more gracious restaurant owner!! Carmen is an amazing person and her business and service to the community mirror that!! Downtown would not be the same without her!! And there's nothing more magical than their live music salsa dancing outside on First Friday evenings 😍‼️
The food was delicious
served in a very timely manner with large portions and good value.
Superb atmosphere
Would certainly go there again!

Really nice Mexican restaurant, their caesar salad and fish taco's were great! They bring the food outside to you. They also have chocolate chip cookie they make in-house!
Went with a few friends on October 8th, 2023! Go for it!
I got the chimichanga and it was fantastic. Reasonably priced for the huge burrito. It was real crispy and the hot sauce helps bring all the flavors together.
We came here for a late lunch. There were 3 of us. We ordered some nachos, a beef burrito, a taco salad and a pork burrito.
The main ingredient in all 3 was rice so if you like rice more than any other ingredient, you'll love this place.
The taco salad had little to no lettuce but plenty of rice.
The beef burrito had almost no beef, but plenty of rice.
The pork burrito was about 1/3 pork and 2/3rds rice.
There didn't seem to be any beans in them.
The nachos had a little bit of meat and beans on them... no rice.
There wasn't much flavor in any of them but the green sauce was good and added flavor when added to each bite. They supplied a large bottle of red and green sauce at the table, served with the food.
The staff was friendly and they have outdoor seating which was nice.
I must say the portions were large... with plenty of rice!
A really lovely lunch! My chimichanga was perfectly cooked and beautifully displayed. I think next time I would ask for double meat and skip the rice, to lower the carbs. Staff was really nice too.
Easily one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. The food is off the charts amazing and even the prices are good. I’m so happy I found this place!
This is a great location with solid quality of food and drinks. I always get the chicken tostadas. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. Clean place with nice tables outside for those nice days.
We had a couple of business meetings and ended up stopping by just over an hour before closing. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we had a great meal. We laughed about how long it had been since we "closed down a place." The food was great.
Cute place with outdoor seating, great food and drinks and decent service. Margaritas were delicious. All the food is really fresh because it is local. Portion size is just right. Small place with small staff but service was still good.
Quint little place. Easily seen off of Milwaukee. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating available. Good portions. We had the nachos, chimichangas, and ceviche. All was delicious and prepared well. When we were here, the drink menu was limited to margaritas, beer, and a pina colada.
I felt very welcome and the food was superb. I love that they also had funko pops and anime stuff.
Give these people money and eat here. The price point for the food you are getting is amazing. For the food options in Milwaukie I hands down think this is in the top two. It's family friendly, the service is quick, they have margaritas, and the chimichangas are super good. We go here all the time and I honestly feel like it's a downtown staple. Plus, it's also nice that you can checkout a couple of the funko-pops while you wait too. The windows at the front are nice and big which let's a lot of natural light in, and the staff/owners have always been super nice. With the 10+ times we've been here I've never once had a negative experience.
Cute little Mexican place. We all were impressed with the customer service.. Large portions. The chimichanga was huge and delicious. The nachos were cheesey.. When in the area it's a defiant go to..
Edit 10/10/23 - kind of disappointed to make this update. I have been back a couple of times. This most recent visit I got a Carne Asada burrito and it was flavorless. No salt, no seasoning. Nothing. The meat wasn’t even marinated. What’s worse is it all tasted stale. Like it had been made with expired ingredients or microwaved a few too many times. You know when you eat an expired saltine cracker and it’s bitter? That’s what it tasted like. Jamaica was great as always. Just wish the burrito wasn’t so disappointing. This isn’t the normal quality so I don’t know if it’s just a bad day or what. I don’t order from here very often, but I don’t think I’ll be back after this. I understand, it’s a small business. You have to charge what you charge, I’m not complaining about the price, I’m happy to pay it. I just don’t make enough to throw away an entire $12 burrito.-
Listen. I need to tell you the absolute love affair I just had with the steak fajita burrito. I was born and raised in Arizona, and half my family is Mexican. When I tell you this tasted like home, I’m not kidding. First of all, walking into the restaurant was the most comforting experience. It smelled absolutely delightful and the atmosphere overall is something I have missed since moving to Oregon. Yes, there was quite a bit of rice in my burrito. HOWEVER, as a kid I grew up broke and my parents needed to make a meal stretch. So, I don’t view it as a bad thing. Mexican rice was a necessary staple that I grew up eating and I love very dearly. The pinto beans are definitely not Rosarita’s (also a good thing if not the best thing!) and the veggies were perfect. Back in AZ it’s hard for me to eat some of the Mexican food there because I cannot have a lot of spicy heat for health reasons and my fresh tomato allergy often goes ignored. (Believe me, I hate it too. Pico is a perfect food and I wish I could eat it) I could eat this burrito and I loved every bit of it. The Jamaica was made to such perfection I cried literal tears of joy. Overall the meal was fantastic and after a day of packing and moving across town, this is just what I needed to settle in to my new home. It’s safe to say this has become my new go to for comfort food. Thank you so much!
