I was in the area so decided to stop by Station Plaza for a quick bite!
I ordered a hungry man breakfast wrap: two eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese with home fries. Came out piping hot which was perfect.
Staff was friendly. Their menu is definitely huge, so should accommodate to everyone's taste buds.
Street parking only.
Definitely a cool spot to check out if you need a bite!

The food is alright, but where this restaurant really shines is the hospitality and price. A cheese burger, fries, water, and coleslaw with pickles for $11. I ain't complaining. The waiters were ridiculously nice

We loved our experience here! The food came out very quickly and was tasty! Inside they have a counter area that you can sit at or of larger tables. It was clean I had a great atmosphere. I would recommend the breakfast sandwiches because of how good they are and low price as well!

The food is decent like any other diner. Prices are a little cheaper which is a plus. I sometimes get the breakfast deluxe which comes with eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes and toast. I do wish they have lower carb options though or at least charge less if you opt to not get potatoes and toast. This time, I got bacon and eggs on an English muffin and the total came out to be about $7 before tip which is pretty good. To me, diner food is diner food. Where certain ones stand out is the level of service they provide and this place is not bad but not amazing either. The older gentleman at the front counter did overcharge me once though for a pick up. $18 for a double bacon cheeseburger which seems a little absurd. Perhaps he saw that I was a new customer at the time and took advantage.

Old school coffee shop feel with amazing breakfast and fast service. Big portions and cheap prices. I am very selective of where I eat breakfast this place is in my top three in NY. My go to dish is two eggs w/corned hash.

So the place is great and the food is delicious but service is what got me , this waitress Petra is the most kind and beautiful waitress I ever saw , literally she could get me a rock and I would ate it; she is the best thing that happened to this place and for me best thing that happened to New York City as well

I've been going here since coming to Quest diagnostic and have always had great experience. George has been taking care of me since last month I think, the corned beef hash is delightful... the menu is amazing and huge and their prices are affordable and the portions are huge.....thumbs up to them and customer service is great.

This place is great! We went after a visit to the DMV just as a pick-me-up just in case it was a hellish experience. We wanted a simple homey diner and this place hit the spot. Some diners try to be too fancy and the prices usually reflect that but Station Plaza does a good job balancing prices with traditional fare. There's just something about a good ole fashioned simple breakfast of eggs, home fries, pancakes, french toast, bacon and sausage that will set your day straight. We ordered three platters and it came out to be about $36 total. The server was very welcoming, polite and attentive. Overall, it's a great New York diner.

This is my favorite diner, hands down! I’ve been coming to this place for over 20 years. What started as a family tradition with my parents and siblings has now become a tradition for my family. The food is always cooked perfectly, the coffee is fresh at every pour, and the diner is lively and cozy. The staff takes great care of you and makes sure to check on you frequently. We come for breakfast pretty regularly and we’re never disappointed. Thank you for being such a staple in the community and in my lifetime!

Went here with a group of people, seating was quite easy at the time we came in for brunch, around 1:00PM.
Everyone ordered different food, but they all seemed to enjoy their meal. I ordered the East End Breakfast Special, which had cheesy grits, scrambled eggs, and a large chicken cutlet the size of my face. It was supposed to come with biscuits but they ran out, which might be a blessing in disguise because I couldn't eat another bite, I was absolutely stuffed by the end.
I loved the chicken cutlet, the seasoning was on point and didn't need anything else to enhance the flavor. The grits and scrambled eggs had so much cheddar cheese, I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish the humongous plate of food, but I somehow did. I had to add some pepper to spice up the grits and eggs a bit though, they were a bit blander than I would have liked, but otherwise delicious. Overall, 4/5.
The servers were super nice and attentive, and the atmosphere was great, although there was a pesky fly flying around our heads while we ate.
I enjoyed eating here, and I'd love to come again to try other menu items when I get a chance!

This restaurant has been here for the last 40 years. It offers the type of quality of food that has endured through times. The atmosphere is welcoming, and their staff is always attentive and helpful. I usually come here on an early Saturday morning to get my breakfast fix, and it is well worth it. The drive. The place allows for everything that the places in my current neighborhood, Queens, don't have. You should try the corned beef hash here, and it is wonderful. I am not a CBH expert, but the way they make it here, it tastes delicious. I used to go to Stanford in Astoria, but they must have changed something in the kitchen, and the CBH tasted like a dry potato skin. Anyway, dine at the Station Plaza Coffee Shop, and you will enjoy the large portions which will make you leave happy.

Always a 5 Star experience at station plaza diner. Georgie & Staff go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy & content. Everything from pancakes 🥞 to 🍔 are phenomenal. This place is like the show cheers, go to a place where everyone knows your name.

What a treasure this place is! Immediately upon stepping inside I was welcomed like an old friend despite never having visited before!
The two gentlemen on staff at 6am were so friendly and warm, I felt right at home.
My breakfast was great and the coffee was too! I loved seeing the workers greet all the regulars who were in their way to the train while I was enjoying dining in. What a wonderful cozy experience! I had time to kill while waiting for a friend at the hospital nearby and this was a great place for to spend it!! Food was fast and fresh. Perfectly cooked sunny-side up eggs! Look forward to coming back some day and wish them all the best for continued success.

Unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this place deserves its "greasy spoon" reputation and look. The only bright spot was a cute girl with curly black hair that was very sweet. Avoid if you have had your gall bladder removed.
