Review Subway - Mineola

Staff is mostly friendly BUT management must be very stingy. They pick and choose what coupons you can use (no BOGO free or 2 for $12.99) and what you can use it on. For example, no "expensive" items like veggie patty. The bread is very skinny. Not enough toppings are put on; only 3 pieces of cucumber, 3 pieces of tomato, 3 pieces of green pepper etc. Continue to be stingy and you will lose more than just a few pieces of vegetables worth only a few cents. You will lose loyal, paying customers.

This place is a rip…. They don’t accept any coupons and very bad service. The coupons are not valid in this place …

Says open until 9 but looked dead inside by 8:30.Had ordered online for pickup after I got out of work late at night and boom not even a light was left on. Left with a nice charge on my card that I’ll have to try and resolve later since u can’t cancel ur subway mobile order unless you call the store.

Lady made me a half of footlong should be a 6 inch sub right it looked very small out of the half she cut I told her and she disregarded me and then I measured the sub it was 4.5 not 6 told her I wanted what I paided for and she starting raising her voice saying things I couldn’t understand and refused to give me the food after

This place is so awesome. The two people that assisted me are very nice and kind to me. I would go to this place service is excellent.

I have been going to this location for years and every single time I’ve ever asked for napkins... plural... they give me a single napkin. When I ask for more they seem annoyed. It has slowly driven me crazy over the past few years that I won’t be going here ever again. Yes, this is a serious review. Food is okay. Not the best subway ever.

Over the weekend I passed by this particular Subway, stopped by and ordered, however a simple fast food order turn into as follow: They are also very slopping in making things and have no idea of how to handle food correctly. Worst is when the kid use the phone while making your sandwich, as all the while your are watch they fumble between phone, utensils and sandwich ingredients... when he put in the wrong ingredients onto "your" sandwich and upon telling them, the kids would argue with you saying that you told him to put it on, and refuse to fix the problem... The guy behind the counter clearly does not want to be there, likely he was forced to work there by the parents or uncle whom likely owns the shop trying to save a few dollar on labor, so naturally he give customers nasty attitude, intending to make the customer walk. Half way thru ordering I just walked out as I do not want all that germs from their mishandling of food, and a sandwich with things I did not ordered. Beside there plenty of good sandwich places in the area. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSE. WHERE. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Mineola and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Staff is ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
