Under New Management, Jan. 2021. Former owners of the Douglaston Dragon Express takeout now runs this Chinese Take Out spot in Garden City Park. They deliver, where the previous management did not...cash and credit cards accepted here, they offer local delivery and the menu has been completely re-vamped offering familiar take out favorites and some more traditional Cantonese style dishes as well. Food quality is great and service is fast. You can order ahead and pick up. Plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza mall. Nestled between the Carvel and Jewelry store, don't miss it.

Came here for a chicken broccoli craving and it was so delicious! The food hit the spot, the prices were so affordable and the owners were so friendly. They were telling me how they switched ownership several years ago, but they still hold all the (negative) reviews from the old owners.

Today was the second time ordering from Joy Hing, and again, very very satisfied.
I had the Chicken lo mein an pork fried rice and a wonton soup.
Food was great, service was top notch, and the lady who serves the counter is very very sweet..
The tall man that's there ( not sure if it's him and the lady who own the restaurant ) but he is a GENTLEMAN..
very friendly, and always greats you with a smile and strong family like personality..
Can't praise this place enough for their food and service, but Joy Hing is my new FAVORITE restaurant.

Service is friendly. The pan fried dumplings are our favorite appetizer. Tasty and juicy. No need for sauce. Great for parties or game night.

It is your basic Chinese take out place but it is one of my favorite. I have been going there for 26 years. Most of the time if I am only ordering for myself they already know what I want. very friendly. good food.
