The food is great, the staff and owners are always very friendly! Paredes has always been our favorite buffet because there is a little bit of everything!
We frequent Paredes. We love the food, it is always hot & fresh !! The buffet is awesome, my grandchildren love the fish like their Nana & the macaroni & cheese best of all. Great atmosphere, always clean, very friendly staff & owners. Highly recommend this restaurant.
I love Paredes! I don't eat off the buffet much, because I love to order the nachos 9.9 times out of 10!! The buffet has a good variety of Mexican food as well as American and a great salad bar. My Grandma raves about the veggies, as she could easily be a vegetarian. When our family goes, there's something for everyone and everyone leaves happy!
We decided to take a drive and see what Mineola had to offer when we soon came upon this gem!! Great home style cooking! The staff is amazing! Everyone was so nice!!

Love the loaded HB steak n choice of sides, the buffet has a big selection n kept very fresh. Good food, good people, n good times.

This place is amazing and the wait staff is amazing as well. The salad bar is my favorite of any restaurant. I love their steaks and potato skin appetizer.

Food is always great and very professional and polite staff.
Food was good, this visit was on Sunday and I wasn't impressed with the menu. But you could order off the menu if you wanted to. Deserts was good, varieties to choose and ice cream. Happier with the desserts than food.
Love the buffet here. Food is always good. Prices definitely reasonable. Recommend!!!

I love to get take out here! My husband is away from home a lot with his job, and I really hate cooking for just myself because I have such a small appetite. But, now that I've discovered Paredes take out, I can get a wholesome meal for around $6 from the buffet! I still like to eat inside when my husband is home. The Buffet is always fresh and the menu offers a lot of variety!
I love Paredes...they treat you like family. The food is good. The waitresses are polite. What more can you ask for. Great place
