I came in at 5.44 the restaurant was packed, but I was greeted by friendly staff. I ordered10 piece chicken mix and when I got home with the order, I only received 7 pieces.
I called back to store, a staff member answered and I told him what happened.
He said he would fix the problem and then hung up on me.
I guess I was expecting more from this person.
Please check your carry out orders before leaving is all I can say.
I was surprised he hung up on me, without telling me how he would solve the problem.

This particular location holds up to the franchise standards of great food and service. There is always someone out to take your order very promptly. The food is always fresh and the portions are always good.

The food was cold when i finally got it . When i mentioned it they asjed me if i would like fresh ones ? Are you serious ! So how long have they been sitting out ? And what kind of question is that . If you went to the store to buy produce or chicken and it was bad . What would you say to some one who asked well do you want fresh? Um we yes i want fresh food not some that h that has been sitting out for hours. Absolutely ridiculous to even ask that question. All in all terrible experience won't be going back food poisoning is not fun

Store is not always very clean. Service is fast. They have Coke products and Sriracha ketchup as well as other sauces and seasonings on the table. [lately, I have not seen the Sriracha ketchup (added 11/15/17)]

My first time was so excitted but once i got my food. My rolls was cold poatoes were cold my chicken was luk warm.. People were real friendly . TOO COLD. Inside. But i understand workers being hot... Love to come bk just dont like COLD FOOD ..A FRIEND was with me visiting from out of state said her food was the same

Food was pretty mediocre but it was a slow evening in the restaurant. Everything is better when it's fresh so this is somewhere to go when they are busier. Friendly staff and very clean.

Ordered two piece white meat takeout. Paid for two breasts and when my wife opened at home, got two thighs. Will not be patronizing or recommending the place.
