Employees on day shift do not know correct sizes for soft drinks. Ordered a small (16oz). soda. Was served it in a 12oz cup stated for specialty drinks. Brought it to her attention and she told me I was wrong. Maybe if the employees knew what they were doing this location would have a higher rating

Went to grab a quick bite while running errands in the area. Went through the drive through, got a happy meal and a $3 bundle with nuggets and fries. Only got the fries. So I said something to the lady at the window. She asked for my receipt, then went and stood next to someone away from the window, came back a few minutes later and asked for my bag. I had already moved the fries from the happy meal in the bag with the other fries, she stuck her hand in my bag moving stuff around, handed me the bag back with another bag of just nuggets. Now I don’t want to eat the fries because you just shoved your hand in my bag when you’re not the cook or kitchen crew. You work the window.
They literally always forget something every time I go here. Shoving your hand in my bag was the icing on the cake. Let’s try and be more sanitary. Hire better staff or teach them not to do dumb stuff like that. There’s only so many options in this area.

They must do better in their breakfast crew, I could hardly understand what the person taking my order was saying, and the cinnamon roll was cold my daughter got. While waiting for food another customer pointed out they had not put cheese on his sandwich to which the lady behind the counter ask if he would like his slice of cheese. He had to ask 3 times for them to put the cheese on his sandwich Instead of handing him a slice of cheese. Won't be back for breakfast here again, would rather just cook at home.

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting at the order area speaker in my car on my way to work, the first 5 minutes I just sit and wired to get someone to answer on the speaker and when they did they said hold on a sec was the response. I waited 5 more minutes and I drove off never being waited on. If they can't get enough people to work then close it down so I don't waste my time waiting for nothing.

The staff was so busy talking to each other that someone from the back had to come take my order! Then when I went to us the rest room it was so horrible I just left! Toilets were not flushed, paper and seat covers all over the floor and I don't even want to know what was all over the sinks and counter. As I left the bathroom I saw the check off clean schedule and thought to myself either they just had a bus full of kids in here or someone's lying about cleaning. I'll never return there again! And actually it might be awhile before I go to ANY McDonald's franchise.

Didn’t get to eat my food until a while after, was expecting it to be cold or stale. BUT NO! It still was warm, fresh and crispy even after about 15-20 minutes or so. That sh*t was FRESH!

Well I quit coming here due to the filth and upon telling managers there was 2 roaches and he just said oh ya! � So since the remodel I decided to give it a chance and first visit back, not to bad so I came here today and as I was done eating I go to get the baby out of the high chair and low and behold, A FREAKING ROACH!! Took pics to prove it!! Nope, absolutely will not ever be back to this location, if they can’t get there cleaning priorities in line and roach problem under control, no matter how remodeled it is I will not ever recommend this place!!!! �

I love This Mc Donald’s. People you need to see the big city Mc Donalds! You don’t know how good you have it. I’m not fond of the Kiosk but they take my order at counter and very nice. I’ve eaten breakfast at Mc Donald every morning for 40 years unless I’m sick or on vacation. I know what I’m talking about.

Why bother asking if we need dipping sauce? You never put it in the bag anyway. But you make sure I have 4 straws for my 2 drinks.
Orders are rarely ever correct no matter what time of day.

So although I see alot of bad reviews on here I know they do their best some people are saying how the tables are never wiped off? Well sometimes during a rush or even if it is just a tad bit busy I do know that they do their best at getting to things as fast as they can! As for the toilet over flowing out of the bathroom that was due to two little boys holding down the handle to flush it and it backed up also another thing that is not the resturaunts fault I know this because I was their the day the mother was apologizing to the manager of the store. I also would like to say MISTAKES ARE MADE its not done on purpose that orders are handed out wrong. And some people will think well how difficult is it to do their job well when you work in a fast food resturaunts that has teenagers working their for their first job give them a break instead of being so judgemental! :)

Just went to get coffee and it is def not mcdonalds brand coffee. Are you using cheaper brand? Loved mcdonalds coffee but Def won't be back to spend this much money on crappy coffee.
