This place is big, bright, roomy, and also somehow cozy....sort of like a cafeteria, but with warmly artful and vintage decor, giant tables of heavy wood slabs, iridescent romanesque glasses scattered around the wraparound shelving, intermixed with antique farm country kitchen items. The servers are friendly, attentive, engaging, in almost perpetual motion, but with palpable cameraderie...the coffee is pricey, but bracing, yummy, and bottomless.....and the food is amaaaaaazzzzzziiiiiing !!! Some of the absolute best croissants and Danishes...(May Day Café is another peer!)... today I had a savory Danish ...lush, juicy Roma tomato, Romano cheese?... basil, asiago...so good I had to stop myself from crying while writing this since I can't just have another one right now !!! A lot of different communities represented among the throngs.....you get in here too !!!

Wow!! What an special place!! Comfortable space for gathering with friends or solo. Food and beverage were top notch in taste and presentation. Staff is knowledgeable and outgoing. Much planning obviously went into the vibe they wanted to convey. Great place for a meal or an amazing cup of coffee or dessert! I really enjoyed it! Well done.

I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch & dinner at the Lynhall. Highlights include but not limited to the breakfast skillet & sticky bun sandwich, lunch steak sandwich or the chicken salad special with roasted broccolini salad, dinner it has to be the rotisserie chicken with roasted cauliflower salad! The drinks are as fantastic as are the pastries so stop by after dinner to extend your night. The Lynhall is a perfect spot for connecting with friends or family of all ages!

The Lynhall is a spectacular addition to the Whittier neighborhood. It has an open and airy feel with well designed layout. The food and drinks are absolutely top notch. Pair all of this with friendly, professional service and you have a recipe for success! Pro-tip: get the collard greens. The best I've ever had.

The ambiance of this space is so calm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The must-have items on the menu: Polenta and Chocolat Gateau. I could eat these every day!

Delicious food and coffee paired with an warm, inviting atmosphere. Everything I ate was great. The rotisserie chicken is the best I have had! The staff is exceptional and were so accommodating with respect to my daughters and my own allergies. I highly recommend giving the Lynhall a try. I guarantee you will want to go back again and again!

Went for coffee and a breakfast sandwich, ended up grabbing a loaf of bread, as well. It was really delicious. The breakfast sandwich was a bit on the salty side for me but I'd order five more anyhow. Good all-you-could-drink coffee, loved the atmosphere and build-out. Also, delicious bread!

Went here for brunch date and got the brunch bundle which is a great deal. My boyfriend had the Lynhall standard, he said he really liked the scramble eggs but lamb sausage was too salty. I got classic eggs benny, which was okay to my taste. But I really like their pastries, I got the raspberry bear claw which was almost sold out by the time we were there. Nice space and atmosphere!

Had an amazing dinner at the Lynhall the week after Christmas. Had my 5 year old niece and 7 yeard old nephew with me and the server did amazing with them as this is not typically a kids restaurant, and they were being antsy. The squash soup I had was the best I've ever had... and I eat a lot of squash soup. The chocolate mousse dessert was also amazing, as well as the chicken I sister had. I highly recommend this place even just for the ambiance.

Lovely space with elegant "tea time" place settings. Our group of 33 met the pastry chef who creates all the tasty pastries with a team of four. Delightful experience for $55 per person. There are several choices of tea. I chose the Earl Grey Lavender which was unmemorable. Staff doled our a very small portion of tea leaves for a pot of tea. Quite flavorless and mediocre. Pastries and petite sandwiches were exquisite.

Was really glad to get here for brunch before they transitioned to an event space. This was definitely one of the better brunch locations in the Twin Cities. Great airy, naturally lit dining space, with local art, poetry, and letters on the walls. For our final brunch here, we enjoyed the Lemon Lavender Lattes, one of each of the pastries (shared amongst a table of four), Breakfast Gnocchi and Eggs Benny. Everything was outstanding, the Breakfast Gnocchi was a standout dish, so unique and so full of flavor. Glad that there is still an Edina location; it will be interesting to see how things evolve for the Mpls event space in the years to come.

WOAAH! I think I took my best picture yet!? and how could I not... EVERYTHING about this place screams high class. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an immediate sense of elegance and fine dining. Perfect for an upscale brunch - honestly I felt like I should be drinking tea. A lot of times with places like this, you think the atmosphere is the attraction in its self... but think again! The food more than held its own. A concise menu with enough variety and phenomenal flavors. The benedict far exceeded anything I could have expected. From top to bottom, everything about this place is inviting. Expect to spend a little bit, but it's certainly worth it! Stop reading and get eating!

Lovely spot for breakfast and brunch. The interior design allows for it to get pretty loud when there are multiple groups talking. Pur food was amazing and our specialty coffee drinks were very good too. Can't wait to come back and try more great menu options.

The food was genuinely delicious and the atmosphere very bright and refreshing. Service was nice but very slow. It took almost an hr for us to get food. Our server was very apologetic about it and I just hope it was due to staff shortage on the day and not the norm. The pastry was extra delicious so try them.

I got the Benedicts and it was delicious!! Absolutely loved the hollandaise sauce and the ham combined with everything. I got the breakfast bundle which I recommend so I got a coffee, mimosa, entree, and any choice of pastry so I was able to have a bit of each. Great place to catch up with friends and family with tasty food, pastry, and all sorts of drinks. Only thing I hate is the price. It's so expensive and they keep adding stuff like the extra percent for fees and fees for parties of 8 or more. Food and drinks are overpriced so this place is more of an experience and occasion. I also had to park like 3-4 blocks down in a neighborhood on a busy Saturday brunch time but it was an okay day outside so I was okay with it. Service was great. The hostess was very kind and reassuring when our reservation wasn't showing up and our waitress was very patient and sweet with us.

Beautiful space, excellent brunch, amazing staff. The Orange Hazelnut Toffee Latte was enjoyed by more than one in our group, and we all loved it! The flavors were all present but not not too sweet. Other dishes we enjoyed were the French Toast, Shakshuka, Winter Vegetable Hash, and The Classic Eggs Benny.
