We went twice! It was worth the money, and I'm cheap! The food was delicious! I had the wings and garlic fries the first night and it tasted amazing, so we went for lunch the next day!! I had the buurger sliders and, again, the garlic fries. They are better than any fries I have ever had. And even more, the gouda ranch is to die for! Love it and if ever I come back on business I will be sure to eat there again!

Super good unusual dishes made with local sourced food. For starters, we had hand-made flatbread with seasoned butter and their own house-made honey. Best flatbread I've ever had. For dinner I had the bison stroganoff -- with crimini mushrooms, roasted baby onions, tangy vodka sauce, & wide hand-made noodles -- which was outstanding. Unlike the bison I've had elsewhere, the meat was tender and flavorful. The little onions were to die for. A friend had Wild Boar Hot Dogs, with house-made purple sauerkraut, peach mustard on a hand-made pretzel roll. Outstanding! _____ To paraphrase The Terminator "We'll be back!"

Food: Grilled Chicken Club with chips - delicious! Loved the added herbs, and the picked red onions were a nice surprise! Service: the waitress was great! She even offered to add cherry syrup to my Pepsi. I loved that idea and it was better than Cherry Pepsi! Atmosphere: my teen and I weren't bothered by other guest and the restaurant was well kept. Not too busy for a Saturday lunch. They had football games on the TVs but that wasn't a bother - just had me focus on keeping convo with my company.

I specifically asked for the shrimp tacos without the toppings as I am not one for some of that. I really enjoyed these.

Good bar food for a hotel. The price was decent not overly inflated like a lot of hotels. A little odd you have to order everything at the bar and they give you a number. Not sure if that's because of staffing issues or not. Nice stop after a event.

The breakfast buffet is great. The service staff are friendly and attentive. The food and beverage options were superior. Delicious! Worth a walk over from neighboring hotels if you are not staying at the Hyatt.

Staff was very kind and patient, food was excellent. Can't wait to drop by to order another salad from here. At first glance when entering it looks like an extremely fancy restaurant due to some of the staff wearing suits, but don't be deterred by this

Cavernous hotel restaurant with the typically overpriced items but what I had was good. Service was decent and their attitude was attentive

A night filled with great conversations over great drinks. Evan, who was attentive and personable made us feel very welcomed and taken care of during our first time to this great city. I recommend ordering the classics. Cheers!

Best ever! Large portions! Did you know they make their own honey sourced by their own bees for their honey butter ! Local with love! Try the blue cornbread muffins! Btw we took it home so yes they do take-outs! They also feature the best burgers ever! There is one thing, they must do better on their cocktails. The competition is tough, and I know they will do better! ;)

Prairie Kitchen & Bar is surprisingly okay for a hotel restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the food is pretty good, and so are the drinks. I found the atmosphere nice and the staff helpful, although they seemed a bit understaffed at times. Overall, it's good, but I wouldn't make a destination out of it.
