Beautiful and comfortable spot in Mpls Longfellow neighborhood! We loved the smorgasbord platter and handmade pastas. Cocktails and mocktails we're excellent! And we were pleasantly surprised by the large dessert menu... Peach pie with ice cream was superb! We will most definitely be back!
The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. I went with a couple of friends, and we tried a lot of different items, all of which were delicious. The Italian sausage was a hit, my friend loved the Chicken liver Pate. I followed my appetizer with the Spring Bean Salad which had a nice little kick to it, and the Grain Salad pleased everyone who tried it. For entrees we tried the Tortelli (fresh and wonderful), the Bigoli (don't let the Pig's Head throw you off, it's basically a super flavorful pulled pork pasta and was to die for), the Patty Melt (again, mouth wateringly good), and the Cornflake Chicken. For dessert we had the Buckwheat Napolean (OMFG!), the Olive Oil Bundt Cake (!!!!!!), and the Affogato (Coffee's not my thing, but if it's yours, you'll love it). I also tried one of their craft cocktails, the Hemingway Daiquiri and it was one of the best I've ever had.
That's a lot of food for three people, but we wanted to try as much as we could. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and we all left wanting to come back and eat there again.
Do yourself a favor and check it out.
Finally made it here. Chef Andrew and the crew rocked it. Such an awesome bday dinner, if you haven't tried it yet, go! Great people, relaxed easy going and unique food, we've loved his work for years and finally his own spot, loved seeing the old gang back together. What a team! Congrats you guys best patio in town see you again soon! D & T
Amazing menu, great wine, beer and cocktails. I love a neighborhood restaurant!
So great. I couldn’t believe how good the service was since the restaurant has only been open barely a month. Food was outstanding as well! Prices are good- wine choices by the glass are great and reasonable. Kudos to all staff!!!

Service was the best, great suggestions and very attentive. Everything we had was so flavorful and combinations that worked well. Will definitely be going back.
Fantastic food, delicious cocktails, super friendly service, and a warm and inviting atmosphere (not to mention a beautiful and shaded patio.) We plan to go back soon, and often :) Love the place guys!
Restaurant is fantastic. Food was great. Service was awesome. Definitely be back. Might want to make a reservation, place was busy.
Exceptional meal and service. We loved the Tortelli and the Rigatoni, but the Pickles and Olives appetizer was amazing!
Oax tail hash and eggs Benedict sandwich are a must.
Loved it! Black pepper rigatoni was fantastic! still talking about it today!
Lovely restaurant, great food, and wonderful service
Excellent cocktails and service. Friendly staff!
Fantastic neighborhood spot, we opted for the family feast which everyone in your group has to agree on for $62/pp. Holy moly is there a lot of food, basically the whole menu so come hungry, Graciously portioned out per person. Our server was informative and accommodating even though we had no special requests. I think the minestrone soup, melon salad, and risotto were favorites. Menu changes so frequently it seems to come for what's in season. The ambiance is casual yet sophisticated and minimal. Some French influence but pasta seems to be a fan favorite and made in house. We'll be back! Highly recommend
I came here with a few friends and enjoyed food and drinks. My Old Fashioned was excellent. I also tried my friends' drinks (Negroni, Ranch Water, and I can't remember the other) and the Ranch Water is the only one I wasn't a huge fan of.
I got a burger with JoJo's (potato wedges). The burger was okay but the potatoes were fantastic. Our server did a fantastic job of walking us through a lot of the menu and, per my friends, they rotate and introduce new items often. I also got the dessert (it was unlisted) and it was ice cream with a brownie. This was also excellent and I felt satiated after it was all said and done.
I could see myself returning here to try out more drinks. The food was a bit hit or miss but I don't discount TBC for that given the variety of dishes offered. My friends and I had a great time, so 5 stars from me!
So $45, you get to pick from 3 dishes, 3 courses. $65 you just get the whole damn menu. I think i might have gout now. So good. So much fun.

We went for burger night. The hamburgers were so good I forgot to take a picture and that normally never happens. Hands down one of my favorites places now. The serve was amazing. Can’t wait to sit on there patio.
Went here with family after thanksgiving. We decided to do the Family Feast and weee not disappointed. It was a sampling of everything in the menu including the smorgasbord. The wild rice soup, pasta dishes and steak were my favorites. So many great dishes and flavors, my compliments to the chefs there as it made our family have an evening to remember! <3
What a great spot! I was invited by a friend and we had an absolute blast, eating and sipping on some amazing cocktails.
🤩 customer service was amazing. From our server to the chef who came out to check on his food, we never went without being checked in on.
🐮 we went on burger night and it was probably my favorite burger of all time! It reminded me of the Hexx burger I had in Vegas. It was so good I wish I had ordered the double. We had salmon, anchovy chips, and some other incredible apps too. Everything was delicious and I don’t even eat salmon!
We also order this amazing dessert. it was definitely shareable and everyone loved it!
🥃 the cocktails were incredible and I loved that they have some whiskey picks from time to time. This night I had an Elijah Craig Thomas Liquor store pick and it was great. The other cocktails ordered received accolades to include an oyster cocktail and espresso martini.
This is a must go, and you and your guests will find something they love.

This is such an under-the-radar banger of a neighborhood restaurant that I can't tell if people are intentionally keeping it quiet or what. Never had a bite of food here that I didn't want to smile about. Extremely accommodating staff, fun events that draw a chill crowd, impeccable wine list, generous cocktails, creative food. The Italian, Spanish, eastern European influences are so nuanced that it's never imitation. It's a must-visit.
I brought my wife here for her birthday, and I can’t think of anywhere we’d have rather gone. The service was wonderful, the food was staggeringly good, and the ambiance made everything taste a little better. The tasting menu was thoughtful and filling, and the wine pairings were not only intelligent, but also interesting; each glass was a bit off the beaten path, making it seem all-the-more special. Do NOT miss this wonderful little slice of magic.
I visited The Bungalow Club for the weekly Burger night that they do each Wednesday. The space is airy and open featuring lots of natural wood. Their burgers are excellent, either a single or double patty, ground in house, and dressed with Mayo, caramelized onions, and bread and butter pickles. We also ordered the kohlrabi and fennel salad. The crisp vegetables, topped with fresh herbs, were an excellent counterpoint to the burger. The thrice-fried jojo potatoes were a standout, the wedges were beautifully crisp and expertly seasoned.
The service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant includes a 20% gratuity in your bill.
Overall we had a lovely time at The Bungalow Club and I can’t wait to return to try some of their other menus.
One of my husband and I‘s favorite neighborhood go to places. Burger night is amazing and Sunday pasta night with homemade pasta is out of this world. Chef Andrews the best! Prices aren’t super cheap but you can find things within your price range. Sitting at the bar is always fun!
THIS IS A FIND! First visit and incredibly happy. The food was unique, flavorful and visually beautiful. The wine flight was well balanced to the menu, and summer inspired. Our waitstaff was delightful.
We were treated to a pasta for tasting which was perfect since I was torn between my choice and the pasta the kitchen sent to the table.
The patio is a quiet garden spot with a vibe right out of the countryside in Europe.
This will be a delightful place to share with many of our friends and family.
Great food experience. One thing I will say that I was a little disappointed by was the large amount of pork foods on the smorgasbord. I would have loved to see more different types of cheese and pickles/olives/nuts and things like that. Other than that, fantastic. Absolutely amazing arctic char.
We absolutely love The Bungalow Club - every meal we've had here is fantastic. Lots of interesting and delicious options on the menu, always prepared thoughtfully and with care. Pasta and Trap Night and the various wine events are creative and have introduced us to lots of great wines!
A little loud when it's busy, but the food is delightful and the wine/aperitifs menu quite extensive. Our waiter was attentive and while we didn't sit on the patio it looked welcoming. For restaurant week, they had a cucumber salad with mint and popped wild rice that was just amazing--balanced, refreshing, and full of texture.
Excellent appetizers, nice wine list! Nice place to have open in the neighborhood, and can’t wait to enjoy the patio!
Update: went last night (8/15/18), place was busy, as we needed a reservation. We ordered an appetizer, and it took over 1/2 hour to arrive. In the meantime, we ordered our regular dinners, thinking that the appetizer would come soon. Not to be: we got the appetizer platter (which was very good), but then the main courses came when we had hardly started to eat the appetizer. Timing was way off. Hopefully that was an anomaly.
Emma was our waitress and she and the team were fabulous. Food was devine. We bought ham salad for tomorrow and we already broke in to it. Fabulous as well!
The staff was amazingly kind and attentive right from the beginning to end. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. We stopped by on burger Wednesday and had one beef and one fish burger. They were both very yummy. Especially the buns, which were incredibly soft and toasty.
Chef Andrew Kraft is very talented and humble!! We have been several times and each time have had amazing food, (pastas are fantastic) TBC has very friendly knowledgeable servers. We particularly enjoy the special events, which are filled with unique dishes (not on the regular menu) and wonderful wines. The restaurant has a casual vibe and lovely patio too. Can't wait to go back again soon!
