I finally got around to eating at Shaw’s. It was lunch on a Saturday and hardly anyone was there. The kitchen was open though. I had heard about the Sun burger as really good reproduction of the old Sun drive in burger. The Sun drive in was shut down well before I moved to Minneapolis, but I figure

Great hole in the wall! Food was amazing! One of those incredible burgers that once you pick it up & bite in, you can't put down till it's gone. Make sure there's plenty of napkins. Staff is super nice & helpful!

This was a great place. The food was good and not overpriced. The service was great also. If in Northeast Minneapolis it is a good place to stop. Perfect little hole in the wall.

Visiting from Iowa and stopped in at random. Didn’t get the bar tenders name but i had food and a cold beer in my hand in maybe 10 minutes. She was awesome!!! They had a live band and the ufc fights playing. 10/10 would go back.

Shaw’s is a NE staple. Respected music venue and pretty damn good food! The Shaw’s burger is a gooey behemoth of delicious. Tacos on Wed rock as well!
