Shoyu - Minneapolis - Photo album

For airport food, not that bad. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and good sushi for an airport restaurant. I had a three hour layover that I needed to wait out and preferred a place where I could get some work done, charge my devices and get some dinner and this was great for it! Eac
Very tasty meal that was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once I figured out how to use the online order system my meal was out very quickly. Great place to get a meal in the airport if you want to sit down between flights but don’t have a ton of time. Music was a little on the lo
Between gate G8 and G9. Good sushi. We ordered dragon roll and crunch yuzu roll. Both tasted good. Yuzu roll was on the larger side, I had to take two bites. Also got miso soup, good but a little salty. However I had to order with a QR code, and there was no servers to take care of us. Overall it’
This was a great airport dining experience. Genuinely lovely dumplings. Open kitchen area provides full confidence in a freshly prepared menu. The seating wraps around back behind the bar areas giving a nice sheltered feel to the seating back there, which has a partial view up through the glass roof
Starting this review by saying we are at an airport ✈️. With that being said, I was absolutely starving and this place caught my attention because of the amazing smell. I ordered the Shoyu Kara Age Kimchi Ramen Add Hard Boiled Egg, Extra Broth, it was absolutely delicious & filling. Incredibly good,
What a surprise at the airport! I loved the no talk QR code experience but I can see how older folks might find that challenging. The ramen was fresh and the noodles were just right. Couldn’t have expected better!
This is the only site offering noodles at MSP, and it tasts great 👍 Order online, but it's fast.
I was surprised to find out how tasty this place is! I ordered a bowl of Shoyu Ramen, the broth is very flavorful but not overly salty/greasy. The Pork has a nice touch of torching on it. Seaweed and bamboo toppings tasted fresh. And the service was very quick as well. I personally disagree with com
I would recommend this place for ramen and sushi, keeping in mind it’s airport food. It certainly wasn’t as high quality as your local ramen hot spot, but it satisfied a craving. The pork and soft boiled egg in the Tokyo ramen was the highlight of the dish. Everything else in it (noodles, broth, me
Given that this was an airport place, I had extremely low expectations about this place and I'm glad I didn't expect much. I ordered Dragon roll and a cucumber roll The avocado on the sushi wasn't fresh. In fact, it seemed like the avocado was mashed and not sliced! However, overall the flavors were
Darn good airport food. If you love sushi give this place a try. Easy order with quick service.
Surprisingly good for an airport restaurant. I ate there on a very quite Sunday afternoon. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. I love the iPads set up for ordering and paying. Be aware that an 18% gratuity has already been added to the check. It is a little off the expensive side
What a difference a few weeks can make. The first time the food was fresh and beautiful and gorgeous and exciting. The second time (return flight) the sushi was not as appealing and the pork and noodle dish was horrendous: a big flop of way-overcooked noodles and pulled pork that didn't know which
Food was pretty good for an airport. I had a relaxing time until the bartender or server guy started yelling at the sushi chef in front of the whole restaurant. It was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I actually feel bad that the chef has to work with such a jerk!
One of the best places on Minneapolis airport for a quick bite. Has a futuristic outlook to it. Staff is really good. Food ordering and receiving is really fast. Ideal for a quick bite. Food is less spicy compared to Asian people spice level also it's a bit oily. Be sure of the iPad games as it can
I ALMOST didn’t eat here because of the less than savory reviews. I’m glad the need to satisfy my craving outweighed my apprehension. While not particularly welcoming, the staff quickly served my drink after ordering and my food in a reasonable amount of time -about 15mins. Everything came correct a
Good food, quick service. I was a little skeptical when I saw softshell crab on the menu, but I saw good reviews and took a chance and I'm glad I did. It was a bit spicy, but I like that. 🌶️🦀🍜😋 Not the best ramen I've ever had, but definitely exceeded my expectations for an airport. Prices are pett
