Bagu Sushi - Minneapolis - Photo album

Delicious food, good ambiance, great service, but yet not worth 5 stars. I'd say they have room to grow and improve at the very least. Pricing kinda out of place.. too expensive to be honest. We had been to better spots with more reasonable pricing around the area.
Good little dinner spot! We had the Gyoza, Edamame, French Kiss roll, and the chicken pad thai and everything was good! The restaurant is very small so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
my fav thing here is the baked mussels, it was so good and I had to get more. Got to try the spicy ramen( too oily for my liking and it wasn’t a good kind of spice), pad kra pra( I wish they would’ve used real basil kapra leave instead of sweet basil, not very authentic), baked mussel( on point and
What an incredible place. The food was very well made and high quality. We ordered karaage, spicy salmon roll, dragon roll, and some eel nigiri. We also drink some hot sake. Everything was made very well and was delicious. The dragon roll was the best dragon roll I've ever had. And the taste of the
This place is quite small, but definitely a spot you will want to try. Not only does the food look delightful to the eyes, it is as delicious as it looks! The service is wonderful. We were fortunate to have a dish provided by the chef, on the house.
I love the food here! It just gets so busy and crowded so expect a long wait to get seated and to get food. Total came out to be roughly $170
There is a 3.5% surcharge per card transaction! Came here yesterday with my partner for dinner and it was pretty good. Initial impression is that the restaurant is EXTREMELY small. It can sit about 10-15 people total. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. It did kind of suck that half the
Best sushi in the twin cities, bar none. The ginger is fresh, the sashimi and nigiri melt in your mouth. (Some of the nigiri pieces have actual wasabi grated on top!!) Incredible experience time and time again, especially sitting outside on the deck with the water fountain running in the background.
Walked in and it looked completely dead. Then they said “inside or outside?” No outdoor seating was evident so we chose that. We were ushered through the restaurant to an enclosed outdoor area with nice lights and ambience. The staff was nice and the food was great!
Teeny tiny sushi and Thai place in minneapolis. According to my dad they have a really cute patio in the back during the summer. Despite only having about 8-10 tables in the entire restaurant, service was slow. They only had 1 beer available out of like 5-6 that were on the menu. Looked like there w
Good food and pleasant atmosphere. I’m rating 4 stars because nowhere on their menu nor website do they mention that they charge a hefty 3.5% additional surcharge to pay with a debit card or credit card. Their staff also didn’t mention this surcharge to me as I handed my card to them for payment, w
EVERYTHING is delicious. Hands down BEST cream cheese wontons EVER! Egg rolls were also really good n I'm picky about Egg rolls. Not my first time and will go back because I want to eat everything on the menu
So happy to have tried this place a couple of weeks ago. We were so happy with how delicious the sushi was we decided to go back again last night for another incredible dinner!! The noodles were good but the sushi was amazing. The prices are reasonable and wait time for pick up orders were not too l
One of my FAVORITE places 💕 Hands down one of the best Crsipy Porkbelly Pad Thai joints in town, Lao Style Papaya, and baked mussels 🤤 Def a hidden gem
Stopped in for happy hour- prices were really fair for the portions. Food was delicious! I'm very picky when it comes to sushi and how they are rolled. The chefs here did great; not one roll fell apart! Egg rolls were nice and crispy. The gyoza was perfectly cooked. We even got a small miso soup and
This small sushi place is a gem. The sushi is top tier, same for the sake selections, and the service is friendly and helpful. The sushi is delicious and the edame is the perfect appetizer. The inside seating is cramped, but the patio is divine, with soft lighting as night falls, some comfy couche
Amazing back patio. Very cozy and intimate. Delicious plum wine by the glass. Great about accommodating my food allergies and leaving out a garnish or ingredient to make my visit go nicer. I think no matter which area you sit in, it's a pleasant experience. Plus the plates and glasses are all really
This is one of our go to spots since moving to the area! Great service with amazing food! The sushi rolls are huge and packed! All the appetizers are amazing and the main dishes are delicious.
