A meat lover's paradise. Unfortunately, I could only eat the bratwurst before falling into a food coma. It was delicious, and I'm sure everything else they offer is as well.

I have to admit, I've lived in Minneapolis for six years and I've walked past this place dozens of times and haven't stopped in. Today I finally did and it's a really chill place with great staff. I had the Pastrami and Rye and it's definitely a hard to beat sandwich!
Great shop, has been for many years. Today we got their pastrami to make a NY style sandwich at home. It's delicious. (tip: buy a fresh loaf of Kramarczuk's rye for this sandwich, it is the best in town I think.)

Truly an excellent from scratch sausage shop. They have lots of other cuts of meat but for me the the hand made sausage is where it's at.
Some of my favorites are the Hmong made with lemon grass. The wild rice, and the spicy Italian with Basil and red wine.

I've always loved the place but they have really upped their game with pantry /grocery items during COVID-19. The meat you get here is delicious and simply the best because of the way it is raised and from what I understand it's all local. I always enjoy what I cook from their ingredients. Sandwiche
