Absolutely delicious! The menu is different each time I come with new things to try. Every time I go there is a line; a testament to how good this place is. My favourite - cinnamon rolls, savory scone and the rhubarb lemonade (when it is there)
A labor of love that has paid off, Sandra and Max earn the consistent lines of eager customers waiting for their turn at the ordering window. My favorites are the savory scones, but if you have a sweet tooth I recommend the lemon strawberry ricotta muffins
Also, Absolutely KILLER Pretzel Buns!!! We used them as the basis for a ham and cheese sandwich. Soft, full of flavor, makes for a great sandwich! I will order 1/2 dozen next time and freeze them. I feel like you could base a business on just these alone.
I have no reason to go anywhere else. They have cracked the code for texture, flavor, quality of ingredients, sweetness and saltiness. Their menu curation is always compelling. So glad to have this treasure of a bakery in the community!
I am very picky about my baked goods, and I have now found my favorite bakery in the twin cities! Cinnamon roll texture was just right, fluffy yet substantial, and the sweetness was perfect. It is truly such an amazing thing to have this place be in our neighborhood. It has become one of the highlights of our weekends to stop over and get some treats.
