Whenever I’m in town visiting, I raid many members of the TC’s Caribou herd (aka “chain”) like nobody’s business. It’s a sickness, really. A shamelessly warm, delicious, addictive, java-beany, almond-milky sickness.
Anyway, out of all the Caribou’s I’ve blown the majority of my travel money on over the past decade, this location is easily my #1 favorite. And Mariah is effortlessly the best barista I’ve ever encountered at any Caribou ever. So friendly, so cool, so very helpful, and leads by her stellar example. And to top it all off, not only does she get what “no froth” means, she lives by it. Believe it or not, a lot of Caribou baristas don’t, unfortunately. (Thanks, Mariah! Your killer Caribou skills are second to none. 👋🏻)
Whenever I’m in the neighborhood, I will always go out of my way for this location. In my experience, in terms of overall quality, it’s the true leader (or “alpha”, if you will) of the whole Caribou bunch. 💝
Ashley always knows just how to make my turtle cooler the best. I would recommend this caribou out of all in Minneapolis . Her customer service and her co workers will not disappoint!
the staff here are so lovely. they're always super quick, friendly, and happy to explain the menu or make a recommendation.
a few weeks ago my mobile order was made incorrectly. however, when i stopped in again a few days later, staff spoke to me about it personally AND added free drink credits to my account.

I've been coming here fairly consistently for maybe a month or two and the staff are absolutely lovely! My drink is always made consistently perfect as well.
Had a hard time deciding off the menu, employee Ashley (later found out she's the manager) made a great recommendation based on what I like & offered light ice since I had mentioned I didn't like a lot of ice lol
Every step of the way she was attentive and friendly, and even in a 5 minute or shorter interaction I felt well served! Also, the drinks here are always consistent whenever I order. Definitely a great place for a quick stop and a great cup o coffee.
I really like this location the staff is always really friendly. Gus and Sebastian are super personable and always remember my order. Would recommend if you’re in town

I've had one of their tins of mints from a friend for years (mints were awesome and they don't have them now) so finally made it to Minneapolis myself, had to try out their coffee. I'm not a connoisseur by any means, but after walking around the city a flavored coffee was a great choice!! Loved the wood ceiling!
I always have a wonderful experience at the good ol' 'bou!! Love it here. I sometimes think that as far as hot coffee, I tend to prefer Starbucks, but with the frozen, blended and cold drinks (ESPECIALLY IN SUMMER!!) Caribou takes the cake. Not just the blended coffee drinks either, coolers I think they are called? But, their fruit smoothies are incredible as well! Thank you to 'bou, and your always friendly and accommodating staff ;)
I absolutely love this location!! They always make my drinks to a perfection, they never seem to disappoint. I truly recommend this location 💯❤️

Always friendly staff, and great coffees. I actually prefer this to Starbucks, I just wish that the eats were not sized for elves 🙄. Oh well I guess nothing's perfect, but the coffee.
I love coffee-ing at this location! There staff are super friendly and helpful. The drinks Alysia come out as you expect. This is my go to spot downtown.
Was a great place to go, they were happy to take our order and were prompt with getting our coffees.
