Great coffee, great vibes. I got an iced caramel oat milk latte, and I’ll 100% be coming back for more. Nice patio area, too. And right across the street from the North Market if you need to pick up a couple groceries after your espresso.
If you're looking for something quaint and unique this is the place to be. It is convenient to the bus system and not far from the highway. You can find a lot of Collectibles as gifts to take home to your loved one. You must try some of the specialty-flavored coffees, especially ones that have the seasonal flavors they're usually delicious and affordable. The reason why I gave it a few stars on the food is that if you're looking for a FULL meal ? may not be able to find one here. however, they do have delicious pastries that are made from another black owned business called Quince, and those items are delectable.
And yes, if you're interested in going to a black owned business, this is definitely one you don't want to miss! It's a dope joint with an eclectic customer base.

This has become our place to have our weekly family check-ins on Saturday morning. Love the creative beverage options. My hot latte was so good!
I can always count on the Get Down for a refreshing drink and tasty pastry. The brick house bread is superb, banana bread topped with candied nuts and almonds. That pairs well with a cup of hot chocolate. Great service as well.
I get the chai latte here- it's much more peppery and tasty than chai lattes you can get elsewhere. Service is always great!
Wonderful coffee shop with great vibes and amazing seasonal drinks. Had the banana cream latte, and it was fantastic. Have had some of their other specials like the chicory coffee in the past and have always been a happy customer.
Stopped by for our first visit the evening of Sat. 4/23. We'll definitely be back! My wife loved her Cashmere Thought Caramel latte! Shout out to Quince for my lemon poppyseed scone! It was huge and not dried out, like so many are! Loved the vibe and the associate who helped us was knowledgeable and nice!!!
New favorite spot in North!! Beautiful space, authentic community vibes.Their oversized baked goods were a treat and their iced coffee was top notch.
It felt friendly even on a really busy day. Lines were long but the wait was quick. Didn’t see it on Google when I was looking for a coffee spot so a local friend recommended it and it was SO GOOD.
There was also a burrito pop-up that day, I would go back just for that!!
so coming here the second day they were open meant they were slamming busy and behind with orders. not their fault, you can only churn out drinks so fast. what i can tell you is that i am beyond excited to have this coffee shop just a few minutes away from home. the coffee is solid, vibe inside is great, looking forward to returning many times!

Feeling a lil foolish sharing this, but I feel compelled to clarify that the sweet potato latte is sweet potato SPICE latte, and worth the trepidation if you order it thinking it's literally sweet-potato flavored or if you're already equipped with the knowledge that it is sweet-potato-spice flavored. Regardless of what you're expecting, it was fantastic and exceeded my sweet-potato-flavored expectations.
So I was not able to eat anything but the coffee is amazing the atmosphere is on point this is truly a really snazzy place my first time going in this is a really 😎 place.
Great place, excellent coffee, thank you for getting me out the door, and ready to roll. "Footsteps in the dark" with a shot of caramel. Watch out world, here I come!
