Food was good and the Baklava was amazing. Also enjoyed the Turkish Coffee. Ordered the food at the counter and waited for like 10mins, which is not bad. Spacious and Usual. There is a lot for parking behind the cafe (@3rd St) and they validate the parking ticket.
If you don't have time to read this review, then just know this: definitely come here as it has risen to be one of my favorite Mediterranean style restaurants in the twin cities. My wife and I ordered the lamb adana entree, felafel, and turkish coffee. The adana was so flavorful, moist, and has a n
Excellent Turkish cuisine, everything was delicious! Environment was also friendly and relaxing. Highly recommend.
Campus Cafe is a welcoming, accessible place to enjoy some fresh, high quality Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. For the price, it's an excellent value and always prepared perfectly. The restaurant layout creates a lively atmosphere around lunch time, and the dining room is always well kept. I eat
Clean, bright, lots of space and tables. The cashier, I think he may have been the manager, was so helpful in answering questions I had about the menu. Try the roasted eggplant. It was delicious and went well spread on the pita, etc. Lamb was flavorful. I recommend ordering a few things and have try
I tried this place out for the first time and I dont know why I waited so long. The employees are very friendly and the space is nice. I ordered the lamb kabob, on peta bread, with lettuce, onions and tomatoes and it was FANTASTIC! I really liked the hot sauce that they offer as well. This was also
Recommended by the staff at Midwest Mountaineering, just around the corner. Excellent food. Prices too. Great service from the young (college students) folks at the counter. Desert was delicious, and the Turkish coffee was legit; gritty, deeply strong and aromatic. I'll go again.
Now they serve Turkish breakfast. It is extremely delicious!
The service was delightful and the food was delicious just how i expected
Deeeelicious! Filling and tasty Turkish food that expertly balances its segments. Portions are good sized and very nicely seasoned. Speed was good, neither slow nor suspiciously quick, and the results were worth it! Big shout out to the soup as surprisingly flavorful. A flavor note in general - the
I got the falafel sandwich and it was very tasty. The falafel was probably the best I've ever had. It tasted very fresh and was spiced really well. The food is made pretty quickly. You can dine in or carry out.
Having been referred to Campus Cafe by a few acquaintances I visited with high expectations. I was met by the nice staff members. I chose the falafel and asked if they had any hot sauce. I was presented with some amazing jalapeno based spread that made my meal that much more enjoyable. Thank you and
We took the owner’s recommendation and ordered the Adana, seasoned lamb and chicken cooked on a skewer. It’s was delicious and affordable. Very clean, welcoming space, good for a pre-show dinner. Service excellent.
Baklava was amazing! I am turkish and I didn’tlike much about other food there but the baklava was really unbelievable!!!!. It was like the home made baklava I ate in Turkey long ago. Can’t wait to go there again to eat more baklava! Somali tea was nice too.
I enjoy coming here before class twice a week, it's that good. My favorite dish is the falafel plate/bowl with bulgur and a salad on the side. Falafel is never dry and the breading has a good texture and thickness. The bulgur has a wonderful spiced flavor that mixes with the falafel. The salad also
I didn’t have high expectations, but I am surprised. Food is super delicious and fairly priced. The team is very friendly. It is not one of those places you tip and feel robbed.
Best grill I've ever been in to. Staff are very kind, and knows what they are doing. I'm from Turkey, and the food tastes WAY better than the original foods in Turkey. YOU REALLY HAVE TO GO THERE!
