I’m from California, so White Castle is always a treat for me when I’m out here in Minneapolis. I ordered the double cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers w lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. They were fantastic and made to order. Fries need improvement, but not terrible. Service was friendly and quick.
I thought I had left/lost my purse at this location. The staff was very helpful with keeping me calm, going threw my steps while at the store, etc. They also had upper management reviewing the tapes within minutes of me requesting it. Thank you for going above and beyond for me during this frantic time. I greatly appreciate ALL of you!
Remember the Original KFC Chicken Little in the small bun with the thin chicken patty for $.39? Reminiscent of the Chicken Little is the White Castle Chicken Slider. Get it without cheese and add mayonnaise and pickles to complete the memory!
The grounds were clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The restroom facilities were also clean.
We visited on September 1st, 2019 at 11:45 a.m. The dining room was nicely decorated and had a big screen television on one wall. If you order a drink, the fountain offers a plethora of options for your drinking enjoyment.
I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for fast food and find yourself in the area.
Order took a bit long and the employee gave us free drinks for the wait. Awesome customer service! We didn't even complain about it they just asked if we wanted them.
Really easy to get to location. Lots of parking, right next to the Holiday gas station. Other than that the food and service is typical White Castle.
I went to this white castle a few days ago I went with my friend we played a game of chess and enjoyed our food the white castle that was on lake street has now closed I will be going to this one it was very nice I really like this restaurant thank you very much
The burgers were good as expected and the fries were hot and fresh. The lady at the window was very kind and gave us our food at the pay window instead of the front window as the car ahead of us ordered a lot of food.
They still don't do as you ask..

Awesome location with helpful workers. I arrived *very* late on a Monday night, and the staff was welcoming to me and helped the care of me and deescalate a situation between myself and another customer who was a bit confused.

I've been coming to White Castle restaurants for 40+ yrs. And this was the most pleasant visit ever. We were greeted warmly upon entrance. The space is bright, modern, and clean looking. The workers were friendly, helpful, and engaging. Food hot and fresh. With the way customer service is nowadays, a surprisingly pleasant experience.
It's white castle folks need I say more if you've never eaten at white castle I'd have to wonder where you've been hiding or being held hostage. Lol
