It’s a reliable chain. This location is very busy, but they’re quick to make your order, and staff is helpful. Love the post-it wall, fun to read while you wait for your order. I get my tea at 75% sweetness because they tend to make it on the sweet side.
The bubble tea here is just the best! the store is very small for dine in, its a to-go store.
The have a huge variety of bubble tea flavors and a lot of topping options.
A must try if you like Bubble tea. My personal favorite is Lychee Punch.

We stopped by after an event for a treat. Even though the menu had many options, it was easy to decide because of how well organized it was. We were able to order and get our drinks right away. Very tasty boba, I always know I’m getting something good at a kung fu tea.
The taro slush from here is so good! (Probably the best out of all ngl). The bubbles are always fresh and warm, and the slush is always well mixed and flavorful, even if I get low sugar! Nice place to get drinks made the way you like it. They have many options and combinations. Very flavorful and delightful drinks. Right now they have a special of buy 2 get the third one free through 10/6/19! Get it while it lasts!!
The tea is good. I ordered the bitter melon/oolong tea with zero sugar. I was excited because this was one of the few shops I noticed that you can get 0 sugar in your drink. I ordered the herbal jelly and aloe, but oddly the herbal jelly tasted like coffee jelly. Maybe a mistake?

So much to pick from, sadly I order the same every time. Love the taro slush with tapioca and popping mango bubbles, 70% sugar.
