Hire some more people - I feel bad for the poor dude having to work by himself and having to deal with people yelling about the line being so long. Dude was handling it like a champ.
The nice young lady there was sweet and nice service with a smile with all the negative reviews she is the bright light for that location she needs a raise (as my daughter says) and the day shift or a reward keep up the good work sunshine ❤️

" Mr. Fresh " gave above and beyond the best customer service I have ever received. You can tell he really enjoys his job. He was friendly, charming, and cracked a few jokes. Easily deserves a raise, no question!!!
The service was above and beyond what we see in the world today! The way my son was helped and served meant the world to me as mom. He was patient and had perfect customer services skills. I will go out way from now on to eat this subway! My son said the sandwich was great too :)
Mr. Fresh is this best thing that ever happened to this place. If you don’t believe me just check earlier reviews you’ll be amazed. We don’t call him Mr. fresh for nothing. Literally EVERYTHING is fresh and super clean when Mr. fresh (Michael J.) is here ! We are extremely lucky to have him! This man deserves a raise. He’ll give him the whole store!
Michael J. aka “Mr. Fresh” is the BEST employee by far I’ve came across at ANY ESTABLISHMENT!!! I will not eat at subway if he is not there, the bread & cookies are ALWAYS FRESH!!! The containers where the toppings reside are ALWAYS CLEAN!! And his customer service is ALWAYS on point, he is so uplifting!! HE DESERVES A HIGHER POSITION!!!!!
I give the five stars because Mike, AM Weekday worker, is the BEST sandwich artist around.
If it weren't for him, I'd give it a zero. There's a lady there who said "Subway is down right now" in the most disrespectful tone of voice. The female employees I've experienced are all rude and perpetuate the brooklyn center stereotype.
