I came here with some friends after dinner so I got a dessert and a NA (non alcoholic) wine. Based on service and atmosphere alone I give them 5 stars. Service was very attentive and the restaurant was so cute. My friends got some wine flights that looked good and they came with hand written names

Off the Vine has never disappointed. The food is delicious and the prices reasonable. I'm not much of a drinker so I can't speak to that. I like the atmosphere. And they graciously helped our pop-in party of ten last minute.

Nice wine bar in downtown Minot. The wine menu is decent for a small town offering more than just the basics. The food menu though needs an update as it’s gone downhill since years previous. There’s room for improvement yet it’s a great place for a wine chat with good people.
