We ordered online. The pizza was fresh out of the oven and the order was accurate. The worker was very efficient.
This poor girl at the register. Clearly under staffed. Phone never stopped ringing, customers upset and nothing she could do. Help your employees. Don’t allow online orders to say a time they clearly can’t do.
Eduardo the manager is absolutely 100% awesome! I received the wrong order. He gave me the option for store credit and gave me his personal number to ensure I get my free pizzas when I wanted. He kept his word even weeks later. My free pizzas were fresh and on time. No hassle. Great dude!
Who ever scheduled the workers on Thursday - Sunday afternoon / evening needs to give the young kids a raise they are hard workers who deserve it quick and good at their jobs I'd retain them & pay them more.
Walked into a busy establishment,placed an order and it was filled within 10 mins. The young associate was visibly busy, but he took the time to greet everyone pleasantly and totally managed his time and clirnts professionally. Excellent employee
I stopped in on Veteran's Day to get my free Hot-n-Ready Lunch Combo. The lady at the front desk was very nice and assisted me with my order. They'd run out of pepperoni so there was about a 15 minute wait. Which wasn't a problem with me. I appreciate a fresh and got pizza.

The young lady taking the orders was all above EXCELLENT. The croud was pouring in. She was polite and calm. They need to increase the staff or give them a raises. The service is excellent but the wait time is horrendous.
They have this new flat crust option and more ingredients so we were pleased today. They only had 1 hot 'n ready left so we ate that whilst waiting for our veggie option! Yumm. Hot.
