Searched all around zootown for a perfectly crafted cocktail before finally settling on Plonk....and I've been a regular ever since! Every single bartender here is top notch and on point!!!!! Bartenders (and all staff) are suuuuuper friendly, knowledgable, and willing to answer questions or suggest things for you.
Aside from the drinks, the food is to die for. you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! DEFINITELY a must to check out in Missoula! One of my favorite hangouts by far!

Unquestionably, our favorite Bitterroot Valley restaurant. First visit to Plonk/Missoula, but it won't be our last. The subtle flavors in every dish were delightful, the "desert board" was sinfully delicious, and the wait staff was attentive to our every desire. Thank you, Ben, for a wonderful dining experience! We'll be back!

Plonk is my favorite food and drink destination in Missoula. Quality service, dining and cocktails await all who take a seat in this establishment. They've got a comfortable atmosphere, a great happy hour menu, a supberb dinner service and the best cocktails in town.
Plonk and their staff are top notch.. We have had a couple parties there and have been completely thrilled with our experience. The food is different and delicious and the staff is professional and friendly! We can't wait for our next event at Plonk! Thank you Plonk!

Great wine list & cool craft cocktails. Servers and bartenders are very friendly. Rooftop bar is an excellent spot to relax after work.
This place never disappoints. Open till Close (that includes the kitchen) and the best made by hand cocktails around! Well, anywhere really.

What an amazing place!!! I've been a regular here for about a month and they are super awesome people that serve super awesome food and tremendous vibes. I always look forward to my weekends just to attend this place.
I've been telling this to friends and colleagues for years, but what I love most about Plonk (even more than the awesome cocktail--Makers Ginger is my fav) is that they respect vegetables. You may order steak or fish or porkbelly, but what you'll remember is what amazing thing they did with broccolini or succotash, or even a humble potato. It's easy to love a beautiful, local grown steak. It takes true sophistication to make vegetables transcendent. They do it.

I visit Plonk frequently, and have never had anything but a great experience. The drinks are always perfect, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. Looking forward to many more visits!
Great food and staff, everything is done with care
This is a really nice place that's open in the front and has a lot of seating in the back and upstairs. I wasn't very happy with the choice or the price of appetizers here though. The mains looked more interesting but again things are expensive here. I enjoyed the beef tartare with a yogurt sauce, really great flavors there. The lamb meatballs were also delicious.
Ordered a glass of wine and got a 3.5oz pour. Disappointed. Their cocktails may be great and their wine list yields some exciting options but if I am not getting what I paid for, whats the point?
Edit: I appreciate the establishments response. I did try a cocktail after the wine and it was made excellently. The service I received was also great. I chalk the short pour up to a small error. I will be changing my rating.
High quality food and drink, great service in a laid back, classy environment. Everything was just a little bit better than most other places. Ploughman's board, cauliflower appetizer, cocktails, and the creme brulee we exceptional. They had great options for my gluten free wife which is not always the case. Highly recommended by us, just wish it wouldn't have been raining so we could've sat on the rooftop patio... it looks beautiful up there!
There are 2 leaders in this town. Plonk & Camino. I come here to be inspired and keep an edge. Once Again fish quality on point and produce infusion creative as ever.

Absolutely amazing! Our drinks were top notch and the food was insanely good! Service was great and the vibe of the place is great.
Bartender made the best dirty martini I've had in years, here in Missoula. No need to ask for extra olives or juice. And he was super nice and 😍 They could add a few meats slices to the cheese try, although the cheeses were delicious 😋
The food and drinks were excellent, and Christina took great care of us. We were lucky to pick Plonk on our first visit to Missoula. Will be returning!
We were on a road trip from Chicago and this place was recommended from a few locals. Wait in line for this place. I don’t care if it’s 2 hours. If you want a phenomenal meal then don’t look any further. Every dish was outstanding and it really was a great f****** burger.
