Very very SLOOOOW place. Choose your pain - drive thru wait of 15+ min OR inside seating where they DO NOT take orders at the counter. U must order by the machines and ONLY 1 screen works. The 2 others are deactivated. Same 15+ min wait. Maybe the best thing is to order ahead by app. BTW, I think they don't take cash payment using the kiosk. Be warned. It's very inconvenient to get your food here.

This has to be the worst Wendy's I have been to so far. The Place is so inconsistent. There is either just one kiosk running or a moody old lady taking your order, honesty no in-between. I still enjoy the Wendy's food though. Even though they will get your order wrong a 3rd of the time!đź¤

Zero stars. Worst Wendy's ever. They force you to order at kiosk. There are three kiosks, but only one works. A line for one kiosk. Questtionable cleanliness. Convinced burger was cooked several hours ago and in a warmer that was more like a fridge. Cheese not melted, cold sauce, stale bun stopped together. Asked for a refund. Would not even remake food. Did not eat food... +1 on the rude old lady. She's rude to you and rude to other employees. The parking lot is empty for a reason, folks. Run...

These folks are stressed and you can tell just talking to them. They were out back taking a much needed break (since it's so hard to find employees some are working 14-16 hour days I feel for them).
We told them we had no problem waiting for as long as they needed and they were very appreciative of someone stopping through that wasn't in a hurry. We had a good chat and they fixed us some of the best Wendy's we've had since we left home a couple of months ago.
When you get to know them, they're really GREAT people! So many of us forget that when we stop at fast food places (especially if they mess up your order- frustrating I know.

Consistency is key when it comes to fast food for me. I’m not looking for a unique, one of a kind experience. I just want consistent and good. This Wendy’s lived up to that, despite being severely understaffed. The reason for a four star is it took quite a while to get the food; understandable considering the number of employees, but it wouldn’t be fair to give a five star or three on that basis. They did what they could.
Hopefully they can get more employees soon!

The food was fantastic as usual. But the service had a lot to be desired. They were overwhelmed, but should have been prepared. They had only one kiosk working and only one order taker working. Had to wait 15 minutes to order had to wait another 15 minutes to get the order. I observed the lady that was assembling the order at the counter did not know how to use the computer to determine what went on the order so she had to ask each person what they had ordered, and she had to serve a lot of people who came up whose orders were incorrect. Seems like it better and well-trained person should be at that position.

Unexpected. They were slow with very few staff, but every item we ordered was HOT, put together right, visually appealing, cooked right, wrapped right, and tasted GREAT. They even put ketchup and napkins in the bag without my asking. Good teamwork. BEST Wendy's I've ever been to.

I think I found the worst Wendy’s in all of America, missing items, huge line to the door with no one helping, no cups, no lids, clueless employees that are no help....but counted eight employees behind the counters....this place calls out for complete automation

I love Wendy’s chili but it was watery and didn’t have enough ingredients like it normally does. Also it was crowded which is good BUT they were mopping the floor where everyone was standing and trying to order. Also there were dirty tables that should have been cleaned off before mopping a crowded floor. People got their orders but had to seat themselves at dirty tables.
