Very impressive. Ate at the Springhill location last night. Scallops were perfectly done. Great home-made Caesar dressing. I like Cajun pasta dishes but they're pretty common and easy, so I wasn't expecting anything special... But whoa... Dumbwaiter's Cajun Pasta dish IS something special. Perfect!
Only negatives for me were that the Caesar salad wasn't tossed. No biggie, just my preference. And, they were out of dry vermouth. Fortunately, I like my martinis on the dry side :)

The brussels sprouts are amazing… You must try them! Both times I have been to the dumbwaiter I have ordered the fillet. It has been consistently delicious and perfectly cooked. Nice selection of craft beer and a great staff. Our server last night was very engaging, attentive and fun.

Great food and great service! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The drinks, app, and entree were all delicious. We had an old fashioned and a Bourbon drink. The pimento cheese with Wickles Pickles were soooo good. Lastly, those doggone medallion fillets with mash and asparagus were on point! Cooked to perfection.....my husband had a ribeye with a blue cheese sauce.....I don't even like blue cheese but I did last night! This upscale local restaurant is everything.....we'll be back....lol
