First Good Morning!
I order 3 Smoothies and Prepaid Online only to drive to the location after my workout and they are closed like Fort Knox!
Now this is Ridiculous! Why have your time posted on Google that you are open when Clearly you are Closed.
Once, before I let it slide when I pulled up and a young told me Bluntly “That since the Manager did not Schedule anyone else to work with her she was not serving anyone until 3:30pm and this was around 2:45pm”! Now if she is this upset at her manager…umm no thanks on making my smoothie.
So, now I’m waiting for you all to open and watching cars go by thinking the same thing I did that you are suppose to be open. When a person chooses your establishment to patronage it should be appreciated. Because next time I will just go to Tropical Smoothie(order) or Publix and pick up the ingredients and make the Smoothies myself ( I ordered 3). Ugh! Yet, I’m not going to let the lack of Professionalism ruin my day. I’m going to wait until you open because I have time today. And it will take longer to call my Bank to get it refunded.

Avoid this Smoothie King completely!!
I waited in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. And when I got to the window they said they were closing early because they have no workers. This was at 2:37pm and they were supposed to close at 8:00pm.
I also noticed in the reviews that these kind of comments have dated back 8 months ago! This has been an ongoing issue. And all the owner says is sorry and we'll look into it.
Look into what? Allow me to help you, owner. Either put more effort into hiring reliable employees to keep your business fully staffed. Change the hours of operation to close earlier since this has been an ongoing issue. Or just completely shut down this location.
Anyway, this was my first and last time going to this Smoothie King. I advise anyone else reading this to avoid this location at all costs as well.

The new manager is so nice. He has gone out of his way to treat me with respect and appreciation for my business. I drive past a Smoothie King and go a additional 10 miles to go to this location.

I have worked close to this location for almost 5 years and visit regularly. The location opens at 6.. I can go anytime between 6-7 and they will be closed. The earliest I have seen them open is 6:20. Did the hours change? They close at random times, the staff is rude, the wait is way too long, the staff seems in no rush, and the smoothies are not blended properly. 2 weeks ago, I was the only person at the store and still waited 15 minutes at the window. I usually order through the app to pick up, but a few times recently, I went to pick up my paid smoothie and the store is closed! Yesterday, I almost ordered through the app at 12:00, decided not to because of recent experiences, got to the store, and it was closed. This morning, I tried to go at 6:18 and they were closed. I hate that this is the only one close. I will stick with the stores at Hillcrest & Cottage Hill and Schillinger in front of Target.
Edit: Just tried to go again this morning and they are still not open as of 6:46am. I get a lot of places have staffing issues, but this location really needs to update hours or find people that not just show up when they feel like it.
P.S. Tried again today, 2/14/22, at 07:04am. Store was closed and no one was inside.

Most horrible service I have ever received ever. Had to repeat order 3 times then person in front of us after having had her drinks starting having a long conversation (over 10 mins) with us waiting behind. If there was an issue, the lady working there should have asked them to move aside or come in so we could at least get our drinks. We left. In a hurry and it is supposed to be fast service. The person working there even looked back and frowned at us as we were making eye contact and wondering why we were being held up. So incredibly rude. Will never be back to this location.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but the last few weeks the operation has gone down. One visit they had a sign that read "closed early due to staff shortage", next day the location was just closed with no signage, another visit and the app was not working, on other visits only one window was open and the line was long and slow, today they were out of peanut butter. I did request that they go ahead and make the smoothie without the peanut butter and without apple blue berry juice and stevia. When I arrived home my smoothie was so syrupy sweet I had to throw it away. None of the smoothie king locations are convenient for me but I will defiantly not be returning to this one. Save yourself the trouble go to another location.

I called and told them I needed 19 smoothies for Chick-fil-A employees and they were so kind and friendly. I appreciate the service. Alex, Megan, and Elizabeth you rock!!

I wish i could give zero stars. Took 20 minutes to make my single smoothie, a lean one small from the time I paid at window.I asked for a refund and left. My wife was here 2 weeks ago and took 30 minutes from time she paid at window to get her 3 smoothie, since they kept making her order wrong. I should have followed my wifes advice to avoid this locatoon. Every time I have come to this location they get slower and the customer service gets worse. No receipts given since they ran out of paper, I hope the actually refunded my order back to by VISA.

I like it more other smoothie king but the lady had a very I really don't want to be here kind of face and voice.their smoothies are which and taste awesome.
