I was starving. Hadn't eaten anything until after 2:30. I went in Wendy's because I was close but vehicle I was driving, window doesn't roll down. I didn't know what I wanted but knew I had to eat something.
I was able to go in. The inside cashier was amazing. She was so quick and efficient. I was amazed. Service was fantastic. Fish sandwich wasn't that great.
Amazing how many fast-food workers work so hard during pandemic.

Worst service ever, most unprofessional group of people employed there. No one seemed to want to serve you. Several people left the drive through because of the ridiculous wait. The employees were more concerned about socializing and hugging each other than serving the public. I wouldn't even give them a one but that's the lowest score I could rate.

If this was the first time I had ever eaten at a Wendy's, it surely would be the last. Being obviously understaffed is no excuse for horrible service and even worse food. Ordered a double bacon burger (or whatever it is called) and the meat was flattened and burned to a crisp ... no, there was no bacon on it either.
As bad as that was, the fries were worse ... they literally 'snapped' when bit into as they were charcoal burnt. The employees seemed to care less about customer service and, while moving at a snails pace, were laughing and having a good old time in the galley.

Horrible, line wrapped around building & not moving. At window for 30 minutes before asking for a refund. Meanwhile man banging on door for his food after he sat waiting for at least 20 minutes and employees inside could be seen sitting down taking a break, eating & going back & forth to the back for some reason.

This is the most ghetto Wendy’s over ever been in it is 10:34 pm who ever is working the drive through is soo rude and need to coach on how to provide good customer service

When we visited at 7ish, on a Thursday evening the dining area was closed. Cars were in line completely wrapped around the building. We waited 15 minutes or so and one vehicle made it through. Not wanting to order off the Friday breakfast menu, we left.

Sitting waiting at the speaker for 15 min, before anyone even acknowledged me. Had to call inside to see if the store was closed, and was told they would get to me they are busy. Horrible service. Do better.
