Was skeptical to try this place at first but I had the jerk super bowl for lunch and it was amazing and very delicious. The portion was plenty for the price.
Love this place! The chicken taco was great and the southwestern bowl was delicious also!!! The granola is also awesome! And the staff very nice!
The service was very quick even during lunch hour! My first bite of my Liz salad with chicken was so scrumptious. The beet juice was very tasty. Not sure why..but..I did not eat dinner at 7pm because I was not hungry!! I will return to try something else. Confident it will be delicious too.

The best salad i have ever eaten. The juice was amazing as well, although a little pricey. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the proprietor is very hard working and delightful.

I don't know where to start, it was all so delicious. The SouthWestern Bowl was so good. Lunch was over, I felt satisfied and energized not bloated and lethargic. I think I might have found my new, post workout, snack stop. The only problem will be deciding what to buy each time and how to finance my new love affair.���

Food is awesome!! I have had a couple of their salads, and they are amazing. The dressings are incredible, everything is fresh and flavorful- I am addicted! And the chicken salad- delicious. Such a great addition to downtown!

This place is super healthy and fun. The food has great seasoning. We ordered jerk chicken taco and a chicken bowl. Everyone was so friendly and they were open Sunday morning. It was a short walk from our hotel at the Admiral.
Amazing tasting food. I did not feel heavy at all after eating here. The food is yummy and eclectic. Priced correctly. Awesome smoothies and drinks. Mobile is the fifth obese city in the USA and top most city showing effects of obesity in the US. We need more places like this and fewer bar food restaurants to get healthy.
Quick bites, a healthier choice had the hummus toast and just right with cucumbers, cherry tomato and red onion garnish. We also had the chunky chicken salad sandwich, different take on an almost Waldorf with the mustard flavour, delicate yet satisfying.
Would go again.
Lots of options, the El Chapo taco is the truth. The fresh pressed juices are amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out. Also try the Grack....it is super good.
Great location and healthy food. I was downtown running errands and found this place to run and grab a quick bite to eat. I was amazed at the fresh ingredients used in the super bowl I ordered. The staff was also super-friendly which made it even better!
