Like many of it's locations, Starbucks keeps a great look and a clean environment, with good vibes all around. The most unique thing I noticed however about this particular location, was the board of affirmations by the door. I love these kind of things, and would love to see more locations pick this idea up! Stay positive and keep the good vibes rolling guys! Quick and easy delivery for a delivery guy like myself as well!

Majority of my experience at this specific location was good and the customer service was exceptional!! However, when Covid hit it really impacted their customer service at all Starbucks locations I've visited in the Mobile area .... I attached a photo of what my panini looked like after they prepared it! Very messy and very terrible care. I understand baristas do not get paid as much as the customers spend....however I still spent a very pretty penny on my drink and panini. My drink also came out wrong but it wasn't a big deal. But when I saw my panini I just had to write a review. Starbucks is having a hard time with the pandemic but I still do not think poor customer service is excusable.

The staff at this Starbucks made my trip worth the visit! For me, Starbucks coffee is just that... Starbucks Coffee... it's consistent - it doesn't change... it's the same with every Starbucks you visit. What makes a positive impression is the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff. This place gets a 6 star rating from me.

Normally I always go to this Starbucks in front of the mall . I always have a great experience until today. When I was ordering through the drivethru, I had forgot to order some kind of biscuit and so when we got to the window we told the white girl who had black pigtails and a bridge piercing that we forgot to order it and if we could add it to the order and she turned around and looked at another employee and goes “ do you wanna deal with our favorite problematic customers “ and ignored us about the biscuit and just gave us our order . After we left we said we’d never return because that was a horrible experience, she should be written up or shouldn’t be working there with that kind of attitude!

The staff were friendly, and awesome. The drink and breakfast sandwich was perfect! We usually stop in this area as a middle point of our travels and will always stop at this Starbucks, even if we have to go a little out of the way

I just stopped in for a cup of coffee before heading back to OH. These guys really put me off to a great start to a 12 hr drive. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm visiting my family!

We only had one car in front of us in the drive through and waited for 20 mins just to get a coffee which wasn’t fresh and had terrible taste. Worst coffee I ever had at Starbucks !!
