I was in there today and they were super swamped. Line going out the door and they was operating like a well oiled machine. They were getting orders out left and right with 99% accuracy. It was an extremely nice dine in even with the crowd. These people deserve a raise.
Fries were cold, 1st order was totally incorrect and then received sass from the girl behind the counter when I told her. Hell, why not give me new fries as well that weren’t soggy and literally cold at the same time since every other thing about my order was screwed up.. last time I’ll ever be back
It could be the lack of staff, but the dining room was disgusting. The floor was so greasy in the lobby that it was slippery. The restaurant smelled of old grease, the rugs were dirty. The food was decently warm and the lady who took the order was friendly.
asked for extra pickles.. got NO pickles. very sad. my bf asked for no onions and he got extra onions… laughable.

would not recommend this mcdonalds.
Got a chicken sandwich today, two stars because they gave me two pickles but at least they put the chicken on there that is in the shape of a heart
My kids absolutely love McDonald’s and I want to like it as well but the obscenely lengthy wait times make it a love-hate relationship. I’ve tried ordering through the drive through, I’ve used the mobile app and always end up waiting 20 minutes or more for a happy meal. The mobile app is frustrating
Nobody answered when we went through the drive through so my husband went in. The employees inside said they were closed. Online it says 24 hours. He then said he went through the drive through and asked if it was open. Nobody responded, so we proceeded through the drive thru again only to be ignore
Normally I appreciate the consistency of McDonald's. But the service here was remarkably bad. Rude staff joking with each other while ignoring customers and cursing in front of families.
