It is a Taco Bell. Service was extraordinarily swift, the staff politely friendly, the dining room seemingly clean. One of the napkin dispensers was in a destroyed state at the sauces station making the possible 5 star rating a 5 star. Food was satisfactorily heated. I will stop here again.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 15 min waiting for someone to answer, crazy thing was you could see all the workers gathered up laughing and playing around.
